This company runs a sizeable carpark in my home town. It's been so appallingly run that it has seen of the adjacent Marks & Spencer because no one dared park any more - due to charging errors.

I live next door - I have to drive through the car park. On several occasions their misaligned cameras have spotted me and I have been charged. On one occasions, I got 10 charges, one right after the other - taking almost 100 pounds from my account.

The damage they have done to this town is incalculable. Absolute cowboys.

It is very easy to sign up with Hozah. Even if I use another car I can easily change the registration. if you have the use of more than one car it can be registred under your name which is really useful sometimes.

It is so simple to set up and use. once you have added the vehicles you use there is nothing else that you need to do when you enter any of the car parks.Iit is quite easy to add extra vehicles as well if you have a loan car for the day

Autopay is so easy! You set it up once and then never have to touch it, so no forgetting to pay for parking.

The Hozah parking system works very well. Good communication and accurate payments.

Hozah Autopay is an easy-to-use and easy-to-set-up system for a single vehicle or multiple vehicles.
Following a visit you'll get an email confirming the vehicle registration numbers and the entry and exit times. Another email will follow in a day or so with the amount that will be charged to your nominated account. So no unexpected surprises.
In over three years of using Hozah Autopay I've only had one query which was resolved quickly and politely.
If you use a Hozah Autopay car park for the first time, just remember to set it up before you leave the car park.

Use a facility regularly that requires parking with Hozah. Never had a problem and they have always been fair regarding free and paid for parking.

we're forced to use Hozah at the local Gym.

autopay is simple once setup (hence 2 stars rather than 1)

I wouldn't chose to have autopay setup for any other car park (but the choice is none or all).

I had to accept their Ts and Cs (or not park)
- Just because they comply with local laws - doesn't mean I approve or am happy with them.
- Just a big company using their muscle against individuals (just because other big companies do the same doesn't make it right)

I couldn't chose to receive no marketing - they even sent me an invite asking for a review, well...

So much easier than queuing to pay at the pay station. Full transparency on the account , drive in, park up, exit and automatically gather to your bank account.

When I first started using Hozah I was worried that maybe my number plate wouldn’t be read properly. I needn’t have worried as that has never happened in the 2-3 years I’ve been using it.

I use this regularly for work and its great because I can just leave without having to mess around at the pay machine never had any issues

Simple no problems with remembering to pay

It makes things so easy, just driving in and away again without having to worry about buying a ticket or going to the machine (and remembering your reg number!). You can even change or add another car via the website if you need to.
