If i could leave 0 star!!! They offer free Santa experience but never reply to your emails . This is terrible if you offer the service and dont honour it! Bad bad bad company! I will ask my boss to never book a party with HQ again for not being honest to their customers!
I have just booked my tickets for Christmas 2024 and cannot wait!
Last years event was SPECTACULAR! Honestly, there is not a thing that HQ have not thought of... the food, the bar, the decoration, the entertainment and oh my gosh, the reveal... just WOW. They absolutely smashed it, meaning my friends and I had the time of our lives :D... and very sore heads the next morning :P

The whole event from beginning to end was stunning. We went to HQ Nights for our work's do in December 2023 and were blown away! The food, the atmosphere, the entertainment and the attention to detail was 5*. We'll be back in 2024 and can't wait. Thank you HQ Team.
£40 for a bottle of basic Prosecco!! Great entertainment and venue but this was definitely exploitative
Another fabulous Christmas Party by HQ Nights. Always a great evening, Claire and her team worked their magic and it just gets better every year! Food great, staff very attentive and the theme was brilliant. Well done to all the Highfield Events Team! See you next year...
