HRC's Learning Support Team has been very patient with me. I have Andrea Whight as my mentor and she has been very kind, understanding and supportive. As a guide you just need answers to doubts promptly and lots of motivation to keep going forward. Andrea never reprimands or makes us feel small.

I've recently completed my Level 5 with HRC online and was impressed. This was my first qualification studied online and I found everything clear and intuitive. Guidance and reading material was relevant and clearly linked to the course objectives. When I needed support the HRC online team were friendly and happy to help.

The platform is great - it's perfect for on-demand learning - and the new CIPD Bitesize videos are a fantastic resource; they really frame and guide my thinking whenever I am approaching a new unit.

I am close to completing my diploma, which I am incredibly proud of - it's a huge part of my career transition journey - and I'm so glad that I chose HRC Online as my course/learning provider and remote mentor.

HRC Online was the best option I could choose to study my CIPD level 5.
I was doubtful about which company I should choose to study my level 5, but from the very beginning I received a friendly and clear approach from the team.
The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and all the resources are updated regularly,aiming to offer you give you enough information to complete the assessments.
The platform also offers 1 to 1 support based on any specific needs the students have, there's always someone on the other side looking to help you.

My experience was great, and I can't be more happy with my decision! All the assesors are looking for you to learn and progress, so they give you the adequate feedback, you can even discuss your feedback more in detail in necessary so you make the most out of it.

Highly recommend HRC online, I have not done any type of studying since school and must admit it was quite challenging. Rebekah has taken her time to ensure that i fully understood what i needed to do. If it wasn't for her i would have fallen at the first hurdle!

James and the team are amazing, supportive and extremely helpful. I really struggled to get back into studying having not done so in 20 years but their willingness to help and the ease of contacting them has made all the difference. Having access to their diaries and being able to book support sessions for even the same day meant that I didn't lose momentum on the days I could study (which were few and far between due to toddlers and a full-time job). The content and expert tutors were all I needed to complete this course, no hidden costs or big text books to buy. For anyone looking to complete their CIPD I highly recommend them!

I was looking for a provider where I could complete my level 5 CIPD online and in my own time around work and other commitments. HRC online offered various plans and I chose the Express option, as I wanted to get it done as soon as I could.
The initial 2 week trial was fantastic as it allowed me to see what sort of content was available, without committing at that stage. The support I received from my tutor was excellent. I often emailed in the evenings or over weekends for advice, and she would reply asap with a thorough and helpful response, and was also available for video calls to discuss queries.
The content is targeted towards the assignments and makes completing the assignments straightforward and as pain-free as possible!
I would highly recommend this company and am really grateful to them!

I'm so glad I chose HRC Online for my Level 5 CIPD qualification, having previously reached out to many other providers beforehand. I decided on them as their team seemed the most friendly, personable, and passionate and I wasn't wrong.
It can be challenging returning to study after a long time, but I'm genuinely so grateful to those at HRC Online for setting up a course that is learner-focused and keeps you inspired throughout the journey.
I chose the Express Level 5 package as I wanted to work to a shorter timeframe following redundancy, and have honestly felt so inspired by their approach to helping students learn.
I did a lot of research, and had heard horror stories about other providers and the lack of support learners often experience with them, and honestly feel choosing HRC was the best decision I could have made.
The content they provide is extensive and engaging, there is a wealth of related material that comes with each section and the tutor videos are really informative.
There are so many course providers out there, and I think it's really important to shout-out those who put learners front and centre, and who genuinely want to provide informative, considered and engaging content that helps students succeed.

Whilst I haven't been a study learner on a HRC Online course, I am someone who has operated in the HR and recruitment space for over 20 years and achieved Level 7 CIPD myself. I'm also someone who has participated in the content James has put together for the learners on his courses and must say that the innovative, immersive, and relevant way that HRC creates and delivers the subject matter is head and shoulders above any other provider. It should be a no brainer if you're thinking of signing up. Just read all the other amazing reviews, have a chat with James, and you know it'll be the best decision you could make.
