Not able to import our employees
Not able to import our employees. Only allows me to import name phone number and email.
Constantly freezes up and gives error message. Have to log completely out and log back in and re-enter the data.
We use a points system would be nice to be able to track them. Only have vacation-sick or none in the time bank. Would be nice to edit this or add a points bank

Regarding the online application. The color of the font is too light. Just make it black, so its easier to read. The experience section. Have space for 3 previous jobs, many applicants don't see the button to add more jobs. This font color is also too light. The skills section. I like the upgrades made for tracking…
I like the upgrades made for tracking Available & Used time for Vacation & Sick time. However, it takes a couple minutes for the calendar app to load once you sign into the app. Wish that was quicker. Otherwise, I like the app.

Linda, as part of your Attendance Calendar subscription, you have immediate calendar access at least 12 months in advance. Currently all accounts have access all the way through 2019. Plus, we'll be adding the entire 2020 calendar soon. Someone from support will reach out to you immediately to assist you with locating all of your calendars.

Reporting
The website is missing a reporting section that could list out each employee and the number of days they have used up to date. I find myself searching by name and printing each one individually. Is there a way to pull a report and if so please share.

HRdirect Smart Apps works well overall
HRdirect Smart Apps works well overall, there is a lot of room for improvement on several of the Apps. They really need to create a mobile phone app instead of having employees login to web browser. It would be nice to have a vacation and sick time accrual calculator for employees to know how much time they can use and request time off via mobile phone app. Also, would be nice to have an onboarding and benefits administrator app once employees are hired on.
