We recently had work carried out in our living room.
There were quite a few communication issues with the insurance company at the start, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. However, once Tom stepped in to help, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He really took the time to sort things out with the contractors and kept us informed throughout, which made a huge difference.

Damage in two places caused by tiles being blown off the roof and crashing through the extension roof below.
Caroline was very pleasant,sympathetic and efficient in organizing someone to inspect the damage and arrange for the Tilers who did the repairs so that the whole process was completed within a week.

Very slick and stress free.
Once home repair network took on my insurance claim repair the whole process was slick and efficient from the communication from my claim handler who kept me informed on every stage of the work from the repair assessor and the local scaffolders/roofer contractors who carried out all the work in a day and scaffolding erected and removed in the same day. It was faultless the whole process and very slick. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Reliable Tradesmen
The staff were excellent and gave me a schedule of who was coming each day and the work they would carry out repairing the kitchen ceiling and decorating the kitchen. The work was completed on time to my satisfaction .
