Most useless pension provider ever. Several times I have had issues I needed to contact them about. I think they only replied to one of them (though not at all helpfully as I remember), and after a massive delay. The others they have ignored (including one about changing my investment type) despite months and months of chasing.
Most useless financial company on the planet very unhelpful at all times totally ignored all emails. Avoid if you can
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never opted in any pension scheme, yet I kept receiving emails about it. I kept opting out though until it got so annoying with the constant emails that after a while, safe in the knowledge that I never opted in but did indeed opted out countless times, I stopped opening their emails. Now they deducted money from my wages and refuse to refund me stating I didn't opt out. ??? They are a scam! :(
I’ve just been informed that it will take 8 weeks to provide a standard commutation quotation, but that may be extended by a further 2 weeks because of “staffing issues”
There is literally nothing that should take 8 weeks when all the figures are available at the press of a button.
Swiss Re should be ashamed at having chosen this company to look after their pensioners.
If I could get away with awarding no stars I would. Dreadful company to communicate with. Took them 63 days to sort my transfer out - its supposed to take no longer than 14 days. In fact took them 3 and half weeks to actually open the paperwork - even though this had been sent for by signed delivery. They then sold my fund and held onto it for 14 more days (in their bank account and no doubt making some sort of interest) before transferring it to my new provider. Even when they did that they hadn't completed the paperwork properly and my new pension provider is still chasing! Absolutely appalling customer service. Do yourself and your money a favour and go elsewhere!
Terrible to get hold off - no voice communication and emails take a long while. Trying to move my pension and it's proving very difficult
