It's early days yet, don't know what the seagrass will wear like. There are a few loose ends that need to be stuck down or sewn together or it will unravel. Post was good, nice and quick.

An initial issue with the online payment system saw me getting charged 3 times for the same order. I raised this via email with HS&L on the Saturday. As the store wasn't open over the weekend I didn't expect to hear from them until Monday, but received an almost immediate response from Michael, in the Customer Service Team. The IT Department looked into, and fixed, the problem, and Michael continued his email updates over the weekend, at all times apologising for this happening and ensuring me that the additional charges would be stopped (and they were). The purchase was dispatched Monday and arrived (interstate) Friday and was absolutely perfect. Would have been 5 Star but for the initial problem.
