This item is way too light and doesn't have good sound quality when u work it a loud are. I am returning the item due to the fact it doesn't work for the job I do. It won't even stay around my neck it continues to fall off with very little movement

I am pleased with HSA.Its such a convenient to place order and have it delivered, plus some of the prices are either similar to the drug store price or a lot cheaper. The most annoying experience ever. Ordered item four days ago and then received email that my order was put on hold and that I needed to call them. Called and was told that they just needed to verify my information. After this is will take 2-3 days to take the hold off my account. And then it will take 4 business days to ship after that. I’ve never had ordering an item be this difficult. Ridiculous. At this rate, I should have the item in a month.

It's great being able to make a purchase using my HSA debit card without having to submit for reimbursement. The variety of products is great. Shipping was pretty quick.

I received the wrong item in my order. I called customer service on the same day to ask for the return label, and the product I need. I do not receive the label yet, and they do no sent me what I need until I return the other one back. It was no my fault, and I have to wait to receive something I really need? Very disappointed!
