HS Direct has been a great company to deal with. They have helped our company with all aspects of health and safety compliancy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Moore recently, he walked me through how to create and send a RAMS to a new client. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Thank you Gary

Gary (Shaw) gave me a walkthrough of the software and despite technical issues at my end he stayed patient and professional. By the end I was able to make good use of the software and will be adding staff to the system over next week. The only improvement I would like to see is to have a documented system overview prior to using. just a personal view and may not be necessary for the majority.

Marc T - an honourable man.

Marc T was absolutely impeccable. His service was brilliant from start to finish, kind, insightful, and very quick to resolve any H+S or management system queries I had. He made everything smooth and stress free, and it honestly felt like I was in the safest hands possible.

As Jez once said in Peep Show: “This is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping would happen.” That sums it up perfectly.

Highly recommend Marc T, a total credit to the team.

Had a guy called Gary walk me through a demo of the Health & Safety system. He was brilliant and easy to understand and help me navigate my way through. Really helpful and keen to help all the way through if I get stuck. Thank you for a great service.

Our experience with HS Company UK has…

Our experience with HS Company UK has been very disappointing. Despite clear communication and repeated follow-ups, they failed to deliver the employee contract by the agreed deadline. When we requested a refund due to non-delivery, they refused to return the payment. This shows a lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. We no longer require their services and would strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this company.

Knowledgeable and friendly

I needed to get my companies Health and…

I needed to get my companies Health and Safety up to date , I looked through the internet and left my details with three companies. The next morning Nick Daley from HS Direct rang me back and we had a great chat about my needs and what HS Direct could offer. The other companies did not ring me back!! Nick then rang me back after sending me details about HS Direct and we discussed the best way forward for my needs. I then had a teams meeting with Mark to show me around the software which is very intuitive. The software is very customisable and easy to use, giving me the ability to get my site safety records in order.

Poor service

Poor service , poor communication .HS Direct will continue to take your annual subscription without notification. When I asked them to cancel my policy at the start of a new term they refused even though I told them I was retiring through ill health. I was forced to ask Mastercard to intervene and issue a refund , needless to say they did and a full refund was issued.
