Initially looked at other documents online but many were Americanised which was frustrating and would take too much adjusting. HS Direct document was perfect, flew through it and the guidance written in was very helpful. The company followed through with a courtesy call from Leo to ensure I was happy with the document and could downloaded easily. A non pressure call just very pleasant. All in all a great experience and will use again if I need further documentation.

Appaling service from HS direct, we've been a customer for over 12 months and recently signed up for a further 3 years.
Since signing up for a further 3 years, several parts of the system no longer function correctly, unable to edit contracts and reissue to employees. We first raised the issue in March and still don't have a solution 2 months later.

Started using HS Direct and from the start Nick Daley was on the ball, he gave a brief run through on how the system worked and followed up with a video on how to proceed through the steps. He was always on the end of the phone/email whenever i needed some extra guidance. Couldn't fault Nick with his customer service.

Fine service from HS Direct. Always easy to speak to someone, and any questions are always answered promptly and efficiently. I took over the H+S role after a colleague had left, and Gary guided me through the process very smoothly. Tyrone has been a legend when we were looking to add another layer to our subscription. Usually really good - But I just downloaded some documents and realised it was not what I was requiring, so I emailed and explained my mistake. Some guy, who I can only call 'Mr Patronising' called me up and then tried to mansplain the error of my ways in such a patronising manner. What an ass! He really got my goat!!!!!

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Took renewal money for a service never provided, was never contacted or agreed to a renewal and 1.4K has been taken from my account and apparently ‘nothing they can do’
