HAVE WORKED FOR THE PAST 48YRS AND RECENTLY HAD A SERIOUS ACCIDENT, I HAVE BEEN OUT OF WORK AND ON ILLNESS BENEFIT FOR 5MTS, MEDICATION COSTS €128 PER MONTH AND WILL NEED SURGERY LATER IN THE YEAR, I APPLIED FOR A MEDICAL CARD TO HELP PAY FOR MEDICATION, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 15 DAYS BUT NOW 4 MONTHS LATER AFTER SENDING EVERYTHING THAT I WAS ASKED FOR THEY REFUSED ME THE MEDICAL CARD. I PHONED THE OFFICE AND ALL I GOT FROM KEN WAS "I'M SORRY". BUT SORRY WILL NOT PAY FOR MY PAIN KILLERS OR KEEP A ROOF OVER MY FAMILY'S HEAD.
I REALIZE THAT I'M A WHITE IRISH MAN AND AM WAY DOWN THE PECKING ORDER WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH CARE IN THIS COUNTRY, MAYBE IF I WAS A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR DIFFERENT NATIONALITY MAYBE I WOULD GET SOME HELP. OUR GOVERNMENT IS A SHAMBLES.

YOU WILL DIE BEFORE THEY OFFER YOU ANY HELP!!I WAIT 2 YEARS ALREADY AND MY SON ALMOST 1 YEAR FOR A VISIT!!THEY JUST ROB YOUR MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING!!

Tried to offer my lungs, kidneys, liver or whatever you can take. Your website did not work. If people want to offer a gift, get it together.

I applied online for a Medical Card but found out my income and lack of dependants put me above the threshold, which would be fair enough but for the fact that my private insurance is subsidising the public hospitals (so I suppose I do have dependants - loads of random strangers).
Even though their bot had told me I was earning too much, they keep sending me messages (the most recent yesterday), asking for more details about my income, and demanding I get an accountant to do a new set of accounts just for them... I am self-employed and had already given them details of my income and supplied a copy of my Tax Clearance Certificate - apparently they won't even take the Revenue's word!
There is so much else wrong with the HSE that it would fill a book. It needs to be disbanded and its duties handed over to a small, efficient team of robots.

The password automatically expires after a while (seems like about 6 months to a year) and you're forced to create a new one. That's a bit awkward but I think it's actually a great feature. I wish more websites would do that.

Remove him immediately. I reported this to the Health Servce Executive and they done wrong due dilligence.
