Terrible service
Waiting nearly a month for the package, turned out they never sent the delivery currier the package EDI (Electronic Shipment Information).
So they can't deliver the package to me until they send them that Information.
I've reached out to Hshops customer service email twice in over a week and I haven't recieved any response from them.

I very much regret the longer delivery time that has been on your order.
We usually always strive to have a really fast turnaround time, but we can only acknowledge that we have not been able to live up to that.
Our warehouse is running as fast as you possibly can, but as elsewhere, there can be challenges.
I hope you feel like giving HSHOP a chance another time where we can show you that this is not normal.
