All the staff were brilliant. Everyone was kind and patient and friendly. We were offered something to drink, which was great because it was a very hot day.
Tammy was so understands and understood exactly our needs and had all the information to take us through the process from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this store and will definitely go again.

We recently purchased a chair from HSL and honestly couldn’t be happier. The comfort, support, and quality are excellent, especially for elderly people who need a proper supportive recliner chair. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right chair without any pressure.
The rise and recline function is very smooth, and the chair has made everyday life much more comfortable. You can really feel the difference compared to ordinary furniture. Highly recommend HSL for anyone looking for comfortable chairs for older people, mobility support chairs, or quality recliner chairs.
