We recently purchased a chair from HSL and honestly couldn’t be happier. The comfort, support, and quality are excellent, especially for elderly people who need a proper supportive recliner chair. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right chair without any pressure.
The rise and recline function is very smooth, and the chair has made everyday life much more comfortable. You can really feel the difference compared to ordinary furniture. Highly recommend HSL for anyone looking for comfortable chairs for older people, mobility support chairs, or quality recliner chairs.

Great service. All questions answered + left alone for a bit to examine chairs.

Staff were unable to understand simple instructions regarding type of chair required and specific delivery schedule.

Following on from my original review Hsl have been to touch to express there disappointment that the service I received was below there expected standard.

And we’re kind enough to give me a monetary compensation.
Which was very generous.

The Staff in your Bath Shop were very helpful, not at all pushy and didn’t rush me into deciding.
The Two reclining chairs are so comfy.
I did have a couple of problems but were quickly resolved by customer service.

We had the pleasure of tammy and Julie experience on choosing the correct beds for my father and mother in law.
We chose 2 singles electric with the platinum mattress. We had express delivery so looking forward to this being delivered soon.
They made us feel very welcome and there knowledge was invaluable.

My advice is to go see tammy and Julie asap as there the best.

Can 100 % recommend HSL Bath. I had some really difficult access issues to address and Sue and her team were amazing. Their customer service and care was exemplary during my various visits to store. Sue made phone calls to find out whether the fixed sofa was delivered in small enough sections, and helped measure and re-measure the suite on display. Can't thank them enough. A friend was so impressed that she too has now ordered new sofas from this store! Thanks ladies.

Went into the shop in Bath. Where I was meet by a lovely staff member call Juile where I was made to feel welcome. Even offer a cuppa. I explained I was there on behalf of my father in law to up grade his chair. She kindly explained the different types and options available.
The chair was purchase.
I would certainly recommend this store.

Bath shop, where we were looked after by Jenny, we found she was very knowledgeable about the chair we needed and even found a large piece of the material we wanted to try on our chair for matching. I have promised not to bounce on anymore of the chairs!! Thank you for your help Jenny, you're an asset to HSL.
