Chair riser chair and great service
My mum had seen the HDL advert in the TV times so we phoned and arranged a home visit. They were able to come out in a reasonable time when it as convenient for my mum. She hadn’t ordered any chosen two chairs which they bought out to demonstrate (they change the backs as the bases are the same) and they made sure mum fitted nicely in them. She chose one and then we were given the option of one choice of fabric for an express 3-5 day service or 6 weeks for all the other fabrics. Speed of delivery was more important so we had the fabric that would come with the express service. The salesman was not at all pushy and took the time to explain everything. Since it was delivered mum has been very happy with her chair and has spent many hours napping in it! Great chair and great service.

We knew what we wanted. We don’t like shopping online and avoid it if possible. The service was professional and friendly. Enjoyed the whole experience. Now hoping for an earlier delivery than promised! Would recommend the shop and service to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finish I had excellent service. Luke visited my home and explained everything clearly without being pushy. He was really friendly and helpful and it was good being able to test the chairs in the comfort of my own home. The day of delivery went perfectly. Martin and Jack moved my existing chair to another room and set up the new chair for me. They tested it and explained clearly how to use it.
