Caterham Store - First class service
Visited the Caterham store back in March this year. Was greeted by a lovely man called Pat. He was very knowledgeable & listened to what my needs / requirements were & then guided me through my choices & different costs. I went for the Ascot, leather power recliners.
It was delivered today & arrived with the HSL delivery team all packaged in boxes.
Louis & Darren brought it all in & up a very narrow staircase. They assembled it all & were very precise & diligent, I was very impressed. They were outstanding.
The entire process from arriving at the shop, to ordering & today when my furniture arrived was first rate.
HSL furniture are more expensive than the likes of DSF, etc, but you get what you pay for. This is specialist furniture.
More than a 5* service.
Extremely happy.

We visited the Caterham showroom and…
We visited the Caterham showroom and the staff were excellent we eventually bought 2 Hypnos mattresses and an AysgarthRiser/recliner. We spent a lot of time over 3 visits and were well looked after.
Well done HSL no hesitation in recommending you.

Excellent selection of chair styles…
Excellent selection of chair styles and fabrics. The staff were friendly and helpful without pressurising me into a sale. We were even offered tea and biscuits whilst I made my mind up. My new chair was delivered today with no fuss, and it is very comfortable!

In store face to face customer services
Excellent customer services from Joanne and Tanya at the Caterham HSL branch. On this visit our plan was to purchase a sofa (having previously purchased an electric bed from HSL)
On arrival we were made to feel welcome with complimentary coffee and biscuits. We was not rushed to make a decision and were able to stay after closing time to finalise the order. Joanne and Tanya were very knowledgeable on the products and efficient. They are a credit to the HSL team.

The sales staff at Caterham were so helpful and Maxine couldn't have been more informative. Old furniture was removed the day before delivery to make way for a beautiful chair that was delivered this morning. The whole procudure ran like clockwork. Am more than happy.
