The minute we walked in Sarah ,was opening the door for us,made us so welcome ,tea and a massive cake stand of biscuits was on offer straight away
We ordered recliner bed ,Sarah and her colleague were so helpful with everything we asked ,could not wish for better staff they made the whole experience perfect

I can’t praise all the staff at HSL Dewsbury highly enough. From my first visit with my mother (in her wheelchair on 4th April) to the two Paul’s who delivered and setup the bed today (19th May).
The ladies in the showroom made us tea and biscuits and assessed my Mums needs, and encouraged her to try the different mattresses. We didn’t feel rushed or under pressure. The order was placed and we were advised on the expected delivery date, and received email confirmation of every we ordered, together with a pack including ‘what happens’ next information.
I received a phone call yesterday (18th May) to say the bed was ready for deliver and offered dates to suit and was pleased to accept next day!!
As promised I received a phone call from Paul confirming he would be with us in approximately 30 minutes and actually arrived earlier. Paul and his colleague were, polite, efficient and gave a demonstration of how the controls worked having already positioned the handrail in the best place for my mum, in a similar position to her old bed. They left and took all the packaging with them. My mum is over the moon with her purchase. Customer service has been excellent.

Debra in the Batley shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and talked us through the options to ensure we got a chair that suited my mum. No pressure to buy. We had a lovely chat with tea and biscuits.
Very happy with the armchair which is comfortable and supportive. It was delivered by Craig and Shane who were very helpful and polite.
Only niggle is £72 delivery charge for 5 miles. Seems excessive when we have paid over £1500 for the armchair.

It is such a benefit to have good staff. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable and didn't push for a sale. I am hopeful that my chair will be as comfortable as the one I sat in. I would recommend this company.

Paul and Paul efficient, careful and friendly dealt with slight issue with chair promptly contacting customer services who also dealt with issue quickly

I have today received delivery of my two new sofas – oh how comfortable they are – I tried them as soon as the guys left me. They match beautifully the two riser recliner chairs we bought several years ago. I chose the same fabric so that it now looks like a suite and the room looks lighter and brighter.

I would like to say how impressed I have been with all staff who have been excellent from beginning to end. All have been friendly and helpful throughout. Adeel, particularly, went out of his way to help sort out my problems never rushing me and his guidance left me feeling satisfied that all would be well. I would definitely recommend your company unreservedly.

Excellent service received from Debs,Billy & Rachel,I think the lady was called. They were all very friendly when they came to assess my mum for a new reclining chair,they included mum in the process ,we didn't feel rushed and mum trusted their guidance,advice and expertise x thank you mum is loving the chair and the delivery men were good too .

Great service from start to finish. The girls in the showroom at Dewsbury were great with my mum and tried all the different chairs to ensure the fit was perfect and met her needs. The order process was really easy with lots of choice on fabrics and colour. Communication was great throughout and delivery date was comminuted with plenty of notice. Paul and Ian ensured that the new chair was set up correctly and worked. They also gave my mum a run through and removed all the packaging. I would highly recommend HSL and we are very happy customers.

Our experience was first class from our first visit to the Dewsbury showroom where Dianne was extremely helpful. The delivery was efficient and on time. Ian and Paul went the extra mile to make sure our chair was installed correctly and explained everything before they left. 2 very nice, helpful guys. Would highly recommend to anyone.
