I had a very good experience choosing my recliner sofa at my local showroom. Staff were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was adjusted to my availability and I was told who was coming and when. The installers came as planned, called before arrival and were very efficient. They demonstrated my equipment and checked I could use the controls before leaving, taking all the packing with them. I am very happy with my new sofa and my experience.

We had a very friendly and efficient experience. They were very helpful and thorough,made sure it was exactly what we needed. They gave us time.

New Armchair.. The Sales Person was very helpful. Love the new premises.

Had a home visit which really made things easy as my wife cannot walk well.
They did not push the most expensive suites but came up with a real bargain for a showroom suite.
Good to know there are good British firms who care about the customer

Ali the ‘comfort specialist’ was so helpful, genuine, very knowledgeable and keen to give me as much info as I needed to help with chair decisions.

Very straightforward, useful advice as well as letting me try out the large range of riser recliners in the roomy HSL showroom in Hendon.

Top chairs, top customer service and HSL also come out to do a home measure service, to ensure that each chair really fits.

Only tricky bit was not falling asleep in the Which recommended Burrows chair - which was super comfy.

I had to go back to Hendon branch for different reasons and checks and Ali was very welcoming and friendly, this help me at the end to replace my order

Today my chair was delivered by Jack and Martin.
They were very polite very efficient and organised.
I am very pleased with where the chair was placed
And they checked they I was able to get around with my walker

I recently visited HSL as I suffer from a very bad back and was in urgent need of a supportive chair. From the moment I walked in, I was met with excellent service. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs. His advice was spot on, and I ended up purchasing a chair that has made a real difference to my comfort and posture. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience. I would highly recommend HSL — 10 out of 10 for service and care!

We were greeted at the Hendon showroom by Megan and her colleague (apologies can't remember her name) and made to feel so very welcome and relaxed. A lovely cup of tea was also supplied. We discussed our needs and were not rushed in any way. A very nice experience and the ladies were a credit to the HSL organisation. The advice on the range was very clear and we definitely made the right choice of product thanks to them. Wide range of colour choices and fabrics all clearly explained. We had no question unanswered and felt confident with our purchase. Delivery was on time and with no fuss or difficulty. "Jason" and his colleague called us to confirm their precise arrival time. All we had to do was open the door and they did the rest. No mess, no fuss, everything connected and explained fully and taking all the packaging with them on departure. Sofa absolutely fine, very comfortable and a real asset to our home. Thank you for a great experience all round.

I was served well and given plenty of time. My questions or concerns were listened to and fully answered.

We were happy with the furniture when they finally arrived 2 month late including Christmas.
However, we were compensated with a gift for the lateness

My nearest store to where I live is Hendon NW4.
The staff there were very polite and helpful.
Have back problems and they insisted on me buying the right chair for my problem.
Company prices are very competitive.

No pressure selling. We were allowed to look at and try different units. Then discuss over coffee.
We left happy that we had purchased the correct items for us.

Staff were courteous and answered all my questions without being rushed. A Pleasant occasion with a nice cup of coffee.

Was looking for a sofa. Gave me lots of time without putting any pressure on me to buy. Went out of their way to provide samples from the shop as well as arranging for samples to be sent to me. Also gave good advice as to which sofa was right for me, eg for good back support. Would recommend!

Ali and Lesley were fabulous - they were very knowledgeable and kind to my elderly mother looking to buy a riser/recliner. Their patience was amazing as we were in the shop for almost two hours deciding which chair was best for mum
