Magdalena was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She has a very pleasant manner and listened to what I wanted which meant that the 3 piece suite I purchased was correct.

We wanted a suite with a two seater reclining sofa and two chairs for the lounge in our small cottage. We were welcomed by Tracy and Magda who listened to what we wanted. We were offered refreshments and given lots of advise and help. A reclining sofa will always be heavy because of the mechanics but they sorted us with a beautiful sofa that the vacuum will fit underneath. Two chairs were chosen and the fabric for all pieces. We must have spent an hour with them. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely ladies. A small shop wih high quality furniture and excellent service. A good discount in their sale too. Thank you.

The ladies I dealt with at HSL Henley in Arden were all first class and I cannot not recommend them highly enough. The service I received was first class from the moment I walked into the shop, until the moment my sofa was in my home. It is a first class sofa with great after sales service & I cannot thank them enough. Would I recommend buying anything from them, YES I would, and count myself very lucky for having come across this company by chance at the North Cornwall show. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for my bargain sofa.

Both ladies who attended us were very pleasant and helpful. Everything we wanted to know they were both knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased two armchairs from the store in Henley in Arden. Can’t wait for them to arrive. This is our 2nd purchase from HSL we have 2 settees in our front room which we cannot fault.

Excellent service throughout by cheerfully polite people. The chair and settee were demonstrated well and when mine arrived they were exactly what I expected. The quality is excellent and my back pain has improved already.

When thinking of new furniture for our lounge we popped into HSL Henley in Arden to view chairs. We had a lovely welcome by Magda and her team who showed us every option we were interested in. There was one chair advertised it not in store, however, a nearby store did have one so we viewed it there and decided to purchase two Himolla Apollo Rise and Recline. A 10-12 week wait was advised although they were delivered early which we were happy about. The delivery guys, Carl and Damion were great even removing their shoes before lifting the very heavy chairs into our property. The chairs were placed in situ and all functions were explained. A great experience all round, no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent customer service,nothing was too much trouble.it was a pleasure to visit the shop and as an initial sceptic I was wondering over by the functionality of the chairs.My. Only concern is that once I get sat down I won’t want to get up.

went to the Henley showroom and was given a warm reception. the lady was very helpful in finding the products we wanted. We were offered coffee and biscuits. The lady knew her product well

Good buying experience at the Henley in Arden shop. New chair delivered today by Ian and Paul who were very helpful getting the new chair into position and getting out the old chair (25 year old HSL recliner). Excellent service all round.

I bought my chair from HSL Henley in Arden. The staff there were very helpful and patient particularly Elaine and unlike some companies I didn’t feel pressurised. It was delivered this morning by two pleasant men and I’m now sitting very comfortably in my new chair.

Having encountered the very ‘pushy’ and non informative approach from similar companies, my son and I visited the HSL showroom, in Henley in Arden, Warwickshire.
My husband was returning from hospital in a few days and we wanted an ‘all dancing and singing’ chair for him.
We were greeted by Claire who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable but as importantly, clear about the cost from the outset.
Fortunately the chair we wanted was in their 3 day express range. Delivery was excellent and our chair is beautiful and in full use.

Paul & Thomas delivered my chair from HSL with care and consideration. They arrived on time, having 'phoned beforehand, and could not have been more helpful. They put the original plastic cover back on the chair as it is being stored until I move to my new address. They were courteous and took time to make sure everything was fine. Very pleased.

Took delivery of a recliner ordered in the Henley store in September. The retail experience was exceptional and delivery service could not be faulted . Carl F and Lee R kept us informed throughout the day of delivery, and once installed spent time explaining the chair workings again to my elderly mother .
