Helpful staff
The staff at the Henley on Thames shop were very helpful and let me try out the chairs for a long time. Then some other staff from Milton Keynes came to the house to help me decide the fabric which I found most useful rather than choosing in the shop.

Professional, reliable company
We bought a dual-control adjustable bed with Hypnos mattresses. At every stage, interaction with HSL was good: in the showroom, by phone and email and finally when the bed was delivered and assembled by Edwin and Garry, who arranged for the replacement of a damaged slat. And the bed is lovely!

Lovely suite
Kevin at the Henley shop was very helpful in finding the right chairs & settee for us. We're different sizes so I needed a small chair and my husband a standard size. Staff helped us to choose the best fabric match and the furniture was ready earlier than expected. Edwin and Garry delivered the furniture on time and we're careful when negotiating the access to our lounge. We are delighted with our chairs - both just thr right size and tgr whole suite fits our lounge well. Thank you HSL.

We had to have a second visit because…disappointing first visit
We had to have a second visit because on the first occasion, only one chair was brought and we had requested two sizes so that we could choose. The second visit was much better than the first one
