Great customer service

Had stressless chair delivered 15th May, rang to arrange date and phoned half hour before Alex and Asad both spot on brought in and put were wanted removed and disposed of all repackaging and demonstrated chair functions great. Staff at store when choosing and purchaing also really helpfull and knowledgeable regading products

I have just taken delivery of my new furniture from HSL
and I am very pleased with my choice, the whole
experience in dealing with HSL has been a breath of fresh air, the two delivery men "Alan" and "Asad" where careful, polite and informative and would recommend HSL to anyone thinking of purchasing chairs or sofas.

We’ve been very impressed with the service from HSL right from day one, firstly in the shop in Hull, to the delivery at home, followed by customer care follow up. Would highly recommend.

Lynne welcomed us and made us welcome asked what we were looking for,showed us round explaining everything then left us for a while to make our minds up.A very pleasant shopping experience thanks to Lynnes efforts.

I visited the Hull HSL showroom today in search of a comfortable chair. Me and my dad were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome by all three members of staff. As a wheelchair user I had to try several different models and sizes of chair and nothing was too much trouble. I have purchased a very comfortable recliner and look forward to using this chair. I was advised on the health benefits of this chair and think it will be just the job! Also had a lovely cuppa.

The two Lovely Ladies made my myself and my wife very welcome with a cuppa and biccies! The Stressless chair I bought wasn’t half bad either!
I’ll know where to go for our next chairs!

From the moment we walked into the shop Karen made us feel very welcome and at ease, even providing tea and biscuits! She listened carefully to what we were looking for and took a lot of time to explore the options. Her patience and friendliness were really excellent and we left very happy with our purchases. We look forward to see the furniture in situ.

Ian and Paul delivered a chair today. I was kept informed of when it would arrive. The team placed the chair where I wanted it and they were courtious throughout.
I bought the chair from HSL Hull. The sales staff were very helpful in my choice of chair and especially Yvonne.

They did what they said they would! I got a call 30minutes before they arrived to tell me they were en route.
Ian & Paul arrived and helped move my old sofa around to make room for my comfortable new chair. They then assembled my chair in situ with no fuss. It was a smooth & swift process. Ian & Paul were friendly ,polite ensuring I fully understood how to operate my chair with a demonstration and answered my questions in full. Thank you so much to Ian & Paul for making so easy & their colleague who rang me to arrange the appointment! And another big thank you to the female assistant at HSL,Clough Rd, Hull who gave me a first class experience in deciding on my choice. HSL - I'm sure you're proud of your staff. No pressure, just gave info & advice having listened to my needs.

The staff are very obliging and helpful but their computer system leaves a lot to be desired

Called in to HSL Chairs Hull branch and was greeted by Lynne & Yvonne who couldn’t have been more helpful. They showed me to the chair & sofa I was interested in and talked me through all the details without any pressure sales talk. My experience with HSL was hassle free and I thoroughly recommend them.

One of the very best retail experience I have ever known. No pressure. Could not be more helpful.

Our sofa delivery from HSL came on time with Gordon & Shane who were friendly and polite, taking care not to damage door frames or walls as they negotiated the furniture through the tight space to our living room.
It was put together efficiently and all packaging was taken away.
Mum has been enjoying her riser recliner ever since!

Quality products and service. Great staff who were friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the process from the showroom to delivery. Ian and Paul let us know when they were near and installed the chair efficiently showing us how everything worked before they left.
