Lucy along with rest of the staff at the Ipswich store were absolutely great.We were served tea and biscuits along with all the necessary details regarding the set that we were looking for,nothing was too much trouble.Thank you for the excellent service.

We were very impressed by the friendly reception by Marie and Emma of the sales team at the Ipswich showroom. We were given time to make our choice and decision without being hassled. When we asked for information we were dealt with in a most friendly and informative manner and our questions were answered in detail. We were even given tea and biscuits !

We were kept in touch ftom when we ordered. Told it would take up to 8 weeks and it arrived in 6. Andy and Wayne were brilliant even in the awful weather. Very pleased thank you

I recently visited the Ipswich store with my 80 year old Mum who needed a riser recliner. The three staff available were incredible. They asked meaningful questions to assess mum's requirements. They were exceptionally well trained and used expert knowledge to advise her. They work closely with an occupational health specialist which gives them valuable insight. They were patient and took a genuine interest in her. They all had excellent interpersonal skills.

Great service,from start to finish.The ladies at the Ipswich store on the 27th of July were extremely helpful and friendly.The chair was delivered today by Jack and Martin who were also very professional.

I spent 3 hours choosing my recliner. The company kept me up to date with my purchase. They phoned me a few days before delivery to arrange a date of delivery. I was phoned 15 minutes before the delivery to let me know they were almost here. Jack & Martin a big thank you for your kindness.you are both amazing people.

I visited the Ipswich store with my wife and daughter at the beginning of July to look at some new chairs. My wife has dementia so shopping of any kind can be a stressful experience . We were attended to by two lovely ladies, Emma and Lucy who couldn’t have been more kind , helpful and understanding. We spent nearly two hours in the store and had tea and biscuits. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a very enjoyable one and we look forward to our new furniture arriving,

Jason and Ashley delivered our chairs a couple of hours ago, they were polite and friendly and told us about the emergency batteries in the event of a power cut (so we wouldn’t get stuck in our chairs unable to get out)! Great service, thank you.

Lucy, our comfort specialist , was so knowledgable and explained in detail the working of each chair even down to showing how to change the battery at least every year. We were astounded by how much information she had stored in her head!!06

Excellent customer service. Emma and Lucy spent a lot of time helping find the perfect chair for each member of the family, explaining exactly the right proportions needed to support your back. There was no rush or pressure, we even had tea and biscuits from Sheff! Highly recommend

Sonia and Lucy from the Ipswich store were brilliant - so helpful, very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble on all 3 occasions and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

Called on a whim and saw the Strawberry Thief fabric on a Buckingham chair and loved it so much we ordered a chair and a 2 seater sofa, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and informative and very helpful with our order, along with a cool drink on a very hot day.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HSL to friends and family.

We were given a warm welcome by Marie at the Ipswich branch.
She was kind, gentle and supportive in helping my elderly Mum choose a chair that was right for her.
She recognised the difficulties my Mum had and worked tirelessly and successfully to provide a solution that worked.
Mum went in feeling down and came out with a big smile on her face.

We found the two salespeople very informative, and listened to our needs, gave us time , not pushy at all. It was a very pleasant experience allowing us time at home with all the leaflets to make our decisions. Thank you to the both of them .

Wayne and Andy delivered my chair that I had ordered from the Ipswich showroom. They phoned as promised 30 minutes before arrival so I was ready. Both were very friendly and courteous. They were very professional and careful as they brought the chair in.
Andy explained how the chair was operated and gave me a demonstration. He then placed it exactly where I wanted it.
