It was the moment we were invited into the store. Diane was most helpful and made our experience both pleasurable and without any pressure. We walked around the various chairs we were looking for and we surprised ourselves the first chairs we chose were the second set. We went away thanking Diane for great service.

Liz could not be more helpful. I was given coffee while Liz went through a questionnaire to ensure I bought the right chair for me and to confirm my medical history. Having made a mistake in the past buying a chair from another supplier, it was a relief to find HSL ensure the measurements were right for me.

We were given a warm welcome by a friendly and considerate sales lady. We were shown the range of chairs and tried sitting in various sizes and styles. We had plenty of time to consider our choice and were not pressured in any way . The whole experience was very pleasant.

Visited Letchworth Show room on Wednesday and were made most welcome from the start Liz was so very knowledgeable and talked us through everything we needed to know she was very friendly and helped us relax. I would recommend anyone to visit the show room

Your furniture delivery drivers, Ashley & Cameron, were very polite, helpful, conciencious, cheerful & willing. The client was shown - with patience - how to operate both the rise & recline chair and electric bed.

Visited HSL showroom in Letchworth who had complete range of Stressless recliners unlike some much larger well known stores. We specifically wanted to test the Adam zero gravity chair. Graham was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the time we heeded. What a lovely guy, a credit to HSL. Definitely recommend.

My experience was brilliant from the time I arrived till the time I left. Professional advice and dedication. Graham and Liz put the ramp up for my wheelchair to gain access to the showroom. Excellent service right from visiting the Letchworth store and delivery of our two beautiful Ascot chairs yesterday, Ashley & Cameron contacted us the day before delivery and again shortly before their arrival.
On their arrival they unloaded, assembled and described the chairs operation efficiently and without fuss - well done to all concerned at HSL.

Just received delivery of 2 new sofas. Delivery time was less than the 6-8 weeks initially suggested.
The entire process from ordering in the showroom to delivery was excellent. Communication was brilliant at every step. Sofas beautifully made and very comfortable, especially for my husband and I as older customers.

Michelle and the rest of the team at HSL Letchworth made us welcome, listened to what we wanted and gave advice. At no time was there any sales pressure.
