HSL Chairs - Poole/Bournemouth Reviews 

Very helpful assistant who explained everything clearly,

Friendly staff who don't rush you. Served by a very courteous young man who was training and took great pains to ensure that I had the right information.

We purchased a 2 seater and a single chair from HSL back in February. 8 weeks later our furniture arrived and was assemble in our living room. Within a week we noticed some faults such as stitching and the filling of the seats. We reported this to HSL and they sent an independent surveyor to assess the faults. He found so much wrong they ordered a replacement suite which arrived another 8 weeks later. This time the 2 seater is OK but we found that every time we sat on the single chair it made a loud noise. We called HSL again and a new surveyor came out and said the springs on the single chair are hitting the wooden frame so we are going to have to arrange a home repair which will take around 90 minutes. No consideration to whether we are happy to have this repair done in our home or that we may wish for the chair to be repaired at HSL.
Please think extremely carefully before you purchase anything from HSL as l personally think they're quality control is absolutely pathetic and there quality extremely poor. Maybe they should take a really good look at their manufacturering department as their is oversly a serious problem.
I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

Well received when entering the store the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried, the tea & coffee with biscuits had me hooked.

Really positive experience. We were guided through buying beds as there were lots of options. We finished with exactly what we'd hoped for. Can't fault HSL. The firm, the staff are truly top quality.

The ladies in the showroom were helpful and efficient. I mention Mary and Jess in particular. The delivery men arrived when they were expected and installed the chair with the minimum fuss. Very well done to all. Thank you. I am also delighted with my Stressless chair.

Andrea and colleagues at the Bournemouth showroom did an excellent job in helping us find the best chairs for us: helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly - well done.

Andrea the Sales Consultant was excellent. She was pleasant and very helpful in terms of matching my requirements to the correct chair. We had problems in terms of delivery but she helped to solve the problem by helping to shoehorn the chair into my small car.
Even payment was made less painful over a cup of tea and biscuit.
I am very happy with the quality of the chair and with the quality of the service provided, I would certainly recommend HSL

Our specialist Mary, she was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We never felt hurried and were able to try the chairs and was able to show us a sample of the fabric we had chosen. Was impressed with the Poole/ Bournemouth branch of HSL. Was served by trainee James who managed the whole purchase of what I required very well indeed. There was no pressure, all my questions he answered very clearly. I did not go into the store with the clear intention of buying but in the end purchased a reclining chair. The whole experience was very good.
