Oscar Hart told me to “suck his d##k” after I told him repeatedly not to text me any more. I got a quote a year and a half ago, I did not buy the car after all, so I did not need to ship a vehicle. Now he still won’t leave me alone. WOW, unreal

I don't want to give a single star, these people are truly fake, they asked me for a 100 deposit for Zelle before shipping my car, they sent me a supposedly unprofessional contract where there were no details of almost anything, they took a long time to respond, pay today 100 dollars for Zelle and the next day after insisting a lot about the supposed contract, everything was horrible, my time and my money, a bad person greeted me because I don't know how to tell him his name is Oliver! do not trust this is totally false do not give money ahead!! It's a big scam!! be careful please!! To date they have not refunded my money!! US DOT # 382335 MC#1384256 This is the information that a thief man named Mario gave me! Please be careful not to spend money before shipping your vehicle. I have to lose.

This company is absolutely trash. I was directly dealing with Oscar and was promised a August 27th between 10am-1pm. No only did I not get picked up. Would not recommend anyone to use this company. Needless to say $400 in transport and $200 in parking fees my car was finally picked up 3 days later. Where the trucker tried to change me another $100 for the agreed stuff in the car. I have already filed for my money to be returned and would never discuss business with this company again

I recently used HS Logistics to ship my car and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from their agent, Oscar. He was professional, and responsive, and handled all of my concerns with care. The process was seamless from start to finish and my car arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend HS Logistics and specifically Oscar to anyone in need of car shipping services. Thanks again for a great experience! This is a five-star review.

Please stay far, far away from this company. I was supposed to have had 2 cars shipped from California to Colorado and paid a $200 deposit. The driver was scheduled to arrive on Aug. 28. No one showed up or called. I called the next day and they said the truck scheduled "broke down" and a new driver would be scheduled. Later that evening I rec'd a text with the driver name and phone number and that he would arrive on Wednesday the 30th between 2-3pm. I called again on Wednesday before noon just to confirm the 2-3pm window. The agent told me the driver would not arrive as there was a "transportation strike" and there was nothing he could do. Then he said he could have a driver do it for $2800, $1500 more than the original quote....How could he have a driver if there was a "transportation strike"? Absolutely ridiculous! I then asked for a refund of my deposit and he said they charge a $95 processing fee. I swiftly told him if any processing fee was charge that I would file a complaint not only with the BBB but also with the California Attorney General's office. Please stay far away from this deceptive "company." I will say I did receive my full deposit back. These guys are total clown shoes.

Fake company..do not send them money ever!! They will quote you low prices and say they have a vehicle which is a total scam. Said vehicle brakes broke and needed to be fix. Had to argue to get my deposit back. Would give them 0 stars if I could. They need to be reported to the BBB and taken out of business COMPLETELY!!!

But Mario is the supervisor I think so he was very good to be and there was no change in price and driver was also in the same price after the delivery I give him a appreciation fee as well.
I think so you all have to change your mind about the shipment might be they have change their team but I will really suggest Mr. Mario is the good person.

Absolute scam, I had the same experience as others. They gave me a very cheap quote then of course the drivers truck “breaks down” so they have to find a new driver that’s $300 more. Then I say yes and then they want to charge me another $250 for their fee so the price doubled basically. Do not use this company, complete scam and they are getting reported to the state Attorney General’s office for fraud scheme.

Do not use this company ITS A SCAM. I was offered a price of $575. After a week of stress and arguing with Benn Hill and needing to ship my car they charged me 1100. They are rude scam artists BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company uses fraudulent tactics to get your money, do not provide the service and make significant effort to avoid refunding the money back. A month after the service was not provided I was able to get $75 back from $150 I was dumb enough to pay to them.
Employees from India use American names (Oliver, Adam, Mike, Daniel), they use domestic phone numbers (714-451-2048, 714-509-0052). Do not send them money over Zelle or any other Cash App. They've provided personal number (301-792-0973) that should of raised my suspicion to receive Zelle payment. Avoid this company!

this is really horrible company - please don't do anything with them. I think they are all based in India - extremely bad customer care. I just don't understand how come government here in the US let this kind of company exist. So they took my deposit of 150$ and then the price went from 725$ to 1150$. I said no, that was not an agreement and told them to give me my money back. now they are not answering my calls or text - horrible !!!

Requested a quote for a particular date. I received my quote and I decided not to use HS Logistics. I thanked them and informed "Ben Hill" that I had made other arrangements. He and "John Null" have mercilessly texted over and over stating they have a driver in my area. Today, I have received 3 texts wanting me to use them for a transport completed yesterday, as per my quote, with another apology from them for texting me. If you don't use them, they will hound you forever.

Unfortunately I don't have nothing positive about this company especially the people that work there especially "Jeff Williams" which I doubt that's his real name. He stole 450 dollars from me. As vulnerable an desperate that I was he knew how to take advantage. As I paid him this money and signed a ln agreement to pay a total of $900 to get my vehicle. He requested an extra 250 to get my vehicle. At the end the people who was supposed to get my truck didn't make it so he had to schedule a different dispatcher that double the cost. At the end I paid 1400 to a different carrier so for that the initial deposit of 450 will not be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED AND ROBBED.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY Fake LIARS take your $150 deposit then try to raise the price (in my case nearly $1200) Then have you wasting time waiting for your vehicle to be picked up. Then come ALL the excuses why they can’t pick your car up. Will reschedule you to death if you let them. Worst shipper EVER. I did get my deposit back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company is a Total scam! I was contacted by a representative, named *****, who promised the ***** cost to ship my truck would be $750. I paid the $150 deposit, and was told I'd be contacted 1 day prior to pickup to ensure everything was still good to go. On the pickup date (5/23/22), I still had not received any communication, so I contacted *****. No response, until the next day (5/24/22), and it was nothing but excuses. The total jumped up to $1890, which I quickly declined, and I asked for a refund. ***** said refunding my money would be no issue. A few hours later, she contacted me again to state she found a driver; however, at that point I had already made other arrangements to ship my truck. ***** kept trying to get me to agree to go with this new driver and cost ($1300), but I repeatedly told her no thank you and asked for a refund. I inquired to the status of my refund on 5/30/22, and ***** immediately stated she was going to check with her accounts ****** never heard back from her. As of today, I still have not received my refund, or even a response regarding my refund request - I've asked for a status update each day since the 30th. ***** ignores my calls and texts. Do NOT do business with this company!!!! I've disputed the deposit charge, and thankfully my credit card company restored the funds to my account.
