Hey Lewis,
Unfortunately as you know, this is simply far from the truth of your experience with HTNetwork.
You and me both know that you did not receive a "Bad Server Bug" whatever that entails.
As you know, you bought one of our packages, you struggled a small amount setting it up.
You reached out to our support team, and we instantly got your server up and running and solved your problem.
You then decided out of nowhere that we had scammed you and that the product didn't meet what we advertised. We debunked that. You agreed.
Might I add the huge amounts of abuse our support team received from you during this time. You would not stop swearing at them whiles they simply tried to help you.
After we debunked that issue, you then moved on to claiming you didn't understand what FiveM was and your friend had lied to you and you wanted a refund.
Which clearly isn't true as we have had clear prior conversations and actually have had your server up and running and you were playing on it.
Additionally, it is unreasonable for you to assume responsibility of your friends opinion on us and then ask for a refund especially considering our products are instantly delivered and non tangible, despite that being a lie anyway.
You then decided that the scripts in the package didn't work, despite the fact you even screen recorded it for us.
They clearly were working.
Our support team even kindly went out of their way to make video guides for you to better understand how the scripts work.
Your mood quickly changed and you agreed yet again, they were working fine and that was the end of that.
A few hours later you came back and claimed that the QBCore package was too difficult to manage and you didn't get it and you asked for us to swap you to a different package.
And of course we happily, no questions asked swapped your package to a different more "easier to manage" package for someone who may not understand managing a FiveM server for FREE.
You were really happy with this, and in fact came back and for to our support for the next few days, with questions on adding new mods and we even helped with this!
All seemed well, you didn't complain once.

Then out of no where after all of that, you post this completely false review attempting to ruin our companies reputation?
I think you'll agree this is incredibly unfair and you know as well as me that this is a huge lie.
After everything our support team went through trying to make you happy, and eventually you were.
Now this?

We would appreciate it if you alter your review to a more truthful experience.
