Huawei Freeclip 2 headphones NEVER RECEIVED

I bought Huawei Freeclip 2 headphones. Everything looked fine when the parcel arrived but when I opened the parcel there were no headphones inside. So I contacted immediately Huawei and been in a limbo since. There is no customer service. They keep on telling me week after week that they are doing internal investigation and can’t help me until the investigation is finished. Paid 175€s, received nothing and it’s been 3 weeks and just got told on the phone call that this investigation could take up to 6 weeks. Absolute shitshow of a company and customer service. Never again.
