Tested and trusted

Tested and trusted, I have been using Hubbs and Wills hats for 6 good years. The authenticity is amazing, my daughter had sat on it on several occasions and the texture will always be the same. I just ordered 3 new ones and no single complaint of whatsoever, the delivery was superb, received next day with a premium packaging. I will be deffo order again once they have new stock.

I paid £4.99 for next day delivery from…

I paid £4.99 for next day delivery from Tuesday 22nd of March and I received the parcel Monday 28th of March..

Several emails for my next day delivery charge of £4.99 to be refunded was ignored.. still haven't heard feom them till now, and they haven't refunded my £4.99.

Sorry about this. There had been a recent change at our delivery partners, Hermes with their recent take over by Evri which affected the delivery times of orders.

I have arranged for the amount of £4.99 to be refunded to you on the card you paid with.

Update to my review. I’m still yet to either receive the items or a refund. Ridiculous at this point. Terrible customer service and will definitely still not recommend.

Terrible post purchase customer service. Still yet to receive my items after almost a month since I ordered 2 hats. Sent several emails with no response. Will definitely not recommend.

Hi

You initially ordered on our website to a UK address for delivery - we requested you provided us with a contact telephone number for the recipient.

You provided us with a telephone number but there was no answer at the times we tried to contact the 'recipient' on that number.

Your 1st order on the 6th of February was from an address in the United States of America, using a Mastercard payment card, and you wanted us to deliver to a UK address.

2 weeks after this, you ordered again on our website, with a different email address, a different billing and delivery address and a different payment card - a Visa card.

Unfortunately, this places us in a difficult position as we had to flag these activities as suspicious - I understand you may feel this wasn't right but these are red flags to us.

Sorry about any inconvenience this has caused you.

We would welcome your resolution on this matter, thanks
