Wish I could give them a zero. I received their Nursery Pal Cloud at my baby shower and once everything was set up in the room I wanted to set up the camera. But to my surprise the camera would not connect. I tried to connecting it to the Parent Unit and the App but nothing. I reset it and did everything that was recommended. I emailed customer support to see if they had something else to try and everything they suggested I already did. I asked for a refund and to ship the product back since it was defected as it was never used and it came this way. They responded with well since you did not buy it from our site and it is passed the 14 days we are unable to give you a refund. I asked for a refund because all of their products are sold out. I am not waiting months for a new product when I need a new one like yesterday. They are very rude and they emailed me back at 2am not very professional. If you are going to sell a product you need to make sure that it works and if it is defective that you are able to take the return or exchange it. Poor product and not standing by their warranty.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they don’t have a phone number to call when you’re experiencing issues. Just a sorry excuse for customer service email that they can’t even reply to. Next, instead of offering a FREE replacement they want you to purchase a new one. I already wasted money on one faulty camera, why would I waste more??

Cancelled my subscription by email as I couldn’t remember how to log in, never received another email from them until they just took my money, I said I do not own the cameras any more so can’t use the service and I cancelled via email. They will not refund me and deny having had any emails from me. So they have not supplied any service yet taken a years money that they refuse to return! THEFT! Only have the premium because in the midst of never being able to use this garbage product, I didnt cancel in time. I now get another 1 year subscription to one of the worst baby monitor services I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. Can you see the camera on the app or monitor? Randomly. Do they continuously blame it on an internet connectivity issue, despite every other device staying connected that we own? Yes. Good luck setting a sleep diary. Good luck trusting the temp guage. Good luck trusting it to even move. Good luck if it even stays connected. Good luck being woken up at 2 am by a god awful alarm because it stopped working again. Good luck getting a refund despite them openly admitting we've all not even been getting the services they claim. Oh and the premium features? Lol good luck using them. Its not even worth the cost for what you get. Some creepy narrated stories and sounds that cut off and on? What a delight.

Accidental order and tried to return not realising how difficult it would be. Took over 24 hours for a reply and now I don’t have another reply since being over a week. So I wouldn’t be surprised if they are waiting till it’s over the 2 weeks return.
As well as having to pay a 15% re-stocking fee.

Soooo much adware and constant…
Soooo much adware and constant promotional notifications you can't disable. About 50/50 whether the app would even connect to the camera. Hubble just blamed our fiber gig internet, saying it was too slow (not as slow as their customer support response times though). Despite every other wifi connected device does great.
I would never recommend this to anyone. Just bad. The app, the user experience, the customer support all terrible.
I do really appreciate the app sending me a notification to take this survey though...lol

I've had it bout 1 year and I've had no problems whatsoever!! Takes bout 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and phone and it's perfect! The volume could be improved but great camera!!!
Great app and cameras, less great monitor
Overall, I really like Hubble both for the cameras and the app. I like being able to see my kids remotely and I've never had an issue with the app or the camera that I couldn't solve myself in under 5 minutes. (Sometimes the cameras lose sync with the app. Has happened maybe 3 times between 2 cameras in 6 months and is a super simple fix, either close the app completely and reopen, or delete the camera from the app, close it, and add the camera back. My only complaints are that I had some trouble figuring out how to cancel Hubble Premium, and at one point I thought it was canceled and I still received a charge the following month. Customer Service was great however and refunded the charge back to me immediately. The other complaint is the monitor. The monitor loses sync with the cameras pretty regularly, although it usually comes back in under a minute. The main issue I have with the monitor is that I've only had it for about 6 months and it's almost completely unusable now as it will not hold a charge very well at all. It has to sit on the charger for a long time to even turn on and takes HOURS to charge fully, and then dies much faster than it did at the beginning. This was a slow process over the past few months, it didn't just randomly happen. Disappointed in the quality of the monitor, but everything else has been pretty great!

We love our Hubble baby monitor! There's honestly not anything about it that I dislike given the value and quality.
Go with something else
If I knew how limited the guardian unit was vs the app I would have gone with something else. You HAVE to use the app for quite a few of the settings. I like that WHEN it works I can see my baby on the camera on the app when I'm at work, but the camera doesn't always connect to our wifi even with no changes to placement of the router or the camera. I could have bought a double camera system for cheaper.
