Delighted with my hubcap experience.

The website is great. Videos showing you how to order the right size, etc. I ordered new hubcaps for my 2014 Toyota Camry. I ordered the generic set that did not have the little Toyota logo in the center - which you can barely see anyway. The hubcaps were amazing quality and snapped right on. Fit perfectly and looked as good or better than the originals. Totally pleased.

Buyer beware you are on your own.

Ordered one wheel cover and one hub cover for my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. Received the order, watched their installation video on YouTube and installed per video. Three of the clips snapped off (everything is plastic) I had to email support with pictures. Their response was "(This particular product is sold on a daily basis as a brand new product through out the nation .We have had hundreds of sales on this alone. Seems it was an improper installation. We can send you 2 more at a discounted price if interested.)" I really do not see a lot of 2003 Dodge Rams out on the road much, so I do not know how they sell hundreds a day. So basically I am out the cost of a wheel cover with no customer support help at all. I would think twice about purchasing from this company, maybe look for a junk yard or somewhere else. This company will only take your money and run.

Didn't last long enough for me.

I ordered a set of 4 hubcaps for my Toyota Yaris off of website about 6 months ago. When they came one was severely cracked. I left it off thinking they would send me a replacement. But after a few emails and no customer service number I never heard back from them. Then within a week I lost one. So I installed the cracked one. Emailed again no answer. No easy way to contact someone. I lost another one yesterday 10/28/22 The plastic is easily cracked not the typical plastic you get in factory hubcaps. The retention clips are no better than the Toyota. Buy beware.

hubcaps.com took great care of me

I ordered a set of hubcaps from hubcaps.com and they came very quickly through Amazon. Unfortunately the package was delivered incorrectly And I never received my hubcaps. But hubcaps.com made good with me by refunding my purchase price anyway. I really appreciated that. Thank you hubcaps.com!

Buyer Beware

I looked at their website where the say that they have OEM hubcaps. Now if a 2002 Ford F-150 had hubcaps/wheel skins came from Taiwan, then maybe I can accept that. The wheel skin that I received was a plastic cover stamped made in Taiwan. It was a crappy fit, I had to manipulate some of the clips to make it latch on to the rim. I fully expect that it will fly off on the freeway at some point.

What also threw me was the price. Ebay had the same things and their pricing was $79.00 for four. Again there was confusion on their site. While I was fully expecting this hubcap to be an original per their website, I figured the price of $45.00 for one was a more than fair price. But as it turns out that price for something, that is badly fitting and made in
Taiwan is, to me, a rip off.

I would hesitate to buy anything or recommend them to anyone.

I was not happy with what I ordered

I was not happy with what I ordered. I was informed that a refund of 75% (no shipping refund either direction. I understood and accept this) is what Wheelcovers will refund for product I ordered, but did not care for. Response from the company was unprofessional to say the least. This was not a big dollar amount and not the biggest deal. See their response below.

to me
"We literally have people provide pics that customers can see in advance look at the pics the results look like this and not any different for you if you did not want it to look like that why would you order? It is plain as day the sliver in the center area. "

I would never trade with this company again.

Disappointed.

I seen the Hubcaps.com website for vehicle hub caps. I seen that that they had Oldsmobile Aurora caps and was looking for NOS. I Orders 4 center caps for my Oldsmobile Aurora and received them within a week.
I was surprised that the caps had been repainted and it was a poor paint job. You can see that there were prior chips, scratches and other marks in the caps. These flaws were not repaired and just repainted over. There area several areas on the caps that have orange peel effect paint with dust spots and other flaws in the the paint.
These must have been used because there are pry marks on two of the the caps.
If I wanted repainted caps I could have just had mine repainted for less then the cost of these caps. It cost $160.00 for four caps. Cheaper to have mine repainted,
I have pictures of the shipping box and the caps showing all the problems.
Very disappointed.
Oh yeah, I purchased those aftermarket caps for the aurora (but not from Hubcaps.com, but for ebay, same caps) they don't fit. They have a completely different attaching system on the reverse side and tabs will break off when you try to put them on. Use caution.
With this said, I can't that I would not purchase other types of caps in the future, just not Aurora caps I can only comment about the caps i purchased and not to their other caps they sell.
Asked question before you buy, I should have, my bad!

Better than new - and I learned a lot

Just mounted 4 new hubcaps on my daughters '07 Matrix. I got the non-original and new caps made by Hubcaps.com. Look great, fit tightly and correctly. Better than OEM.
Following their directions on site, replacing 4 caps took 6 minutes. Used the tool they offer for $10. Best $10 I've spent on a tool, be sure to get one because it prevents damage to any cap and makes removal/mounting very easy.

Awesome price and they look beautiful!

I purchased 2 new hubcaps for my husband's Mercury Marquis. He lost 2 of them months ago while driving. We put the new ones on and they looked so shiny, clean and beautiful and the old ones looked so awful and corroded! I told my husband that we should get 2 more so they can all look good at the same time! Funny how the 2 old ones came off that very day the new ones were installed. Must be a message from above to buy 2 more! ;-)

Did not receive the hubcaps I was expecting

When I order my hubcaps I thought I was ordering a set of 4 for $30.00 When I received the package it was for only 1 hubcap for $30.00. I assume I must have accidentally clicked on the wrong item when I completed the transaction. It seems that I would have caught the mistake during the confirmation portion. So, I ended up with one hubcap instead of the 4 that I was expecting, and, the one hubcap I did get does not fit my wheel.

Fantastic products

My Toyota hubcaps like to randomly roll off into the night because they are cheaply made and the clips break. In search of new hubcaps my google-fu brought me to their site and I found they have replicas of my model that are built sturdier. The only difference is they lack the Toyota emblem in the center. My first order was for two hubcaps, as I was planning to replace them as they roll off. Then another original went away, and soon after a technician broke a newer one trying to put new tires on-apparently he jerked it too hard too quick when it was bitterly cold. So my second time around it was cheaper to just order 4 and have one spare. They work like a champ, delivery was quick and if I ever had to I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Wonderful hubcaps!

I decided to purchase the hubcabs that were discounted because of the wear from improper shipping. Let me say that they were wonderful. The imperfections were so slight that a person would have to really inspect closely to see the wear spots. I am more than pleased. Thanks. I will order them again.

Close but no fit

In the past have been very satisfied with prior purchases.
The hubcaps for my 1989 Ford Probe have been rather elusive as I have searching to find them for >5 years now.
Was very hopeful when my order "went thru" recently, assuming that they were {finally} in stock, as in prior search attempts, they had been listed as "out of stock".
Sadly when they arrived, they did not fit. Were about 1/2 inch too big. It looks like they are for the '90-91 models.
I have just not had the energy, effort, motivation, to write back and ask for the correct ones, or a refund.
Thus partly MY fault.
Am disappointed, as I just wanted to get this done, and move on. There is only so much time to do "this stuff".

Great company to order from!!

I had no idea what to order, so I took a picture of the hubcab on my car and matched it with one on the Hubcaps website. The hubcab was here in no time and was exactly like the others on my car. I have a 2010 HHR and finally all the tires/hubcabs match again. Thanks for making it so easy! Barbara

Not Good At All

We did not have a good experience at all. We tried to order hubcaps for my brother-in-law for Christmas. First, the web page was not very clear and it was not very easy finding the hubcaps we needed. After trying to do it on our own for a while, it still wasn't clear if we picked the correct hubcaps...so we called the customer service line for help. They walked us through and we ordered the hubcaps. They were not the right ones. My brother-in-law was visiting from California so he took the hubcaps and receipt with him. He was going to work the exchange. The ones he wanted were going to be a lot more expensive so instead he is getting a credit and we will find another gift for him. The entire experience was very frustrating.

Sudden service and product, even though reconditioned, was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Shipping time was as promised.
