Huben's understanding of the brief for our honeymoon was so well understood by them that when they presented options, it did not take us long to choose the trip for us. Our trip to Corfu did not disappoint, it exceeded expectations and the service from Huben was excellent during the entire process. We'll be using them again for sure. Best, Sall and Billy

We have never been so impressed with a service than the one we received from Ben and the team at Huben Travel. The level of detail they go to is unbelievable. As a same sex couple my husband and I are used to the awkward check in's and always finding that one of the pairs of complementary slippers are too small... NOT with Huben! Every detail had been thought of and checked before our arrival and our holiday was seamless and enjoyable throughout. They are masters of the travel industry and some of the larger companies would do well to learn a thing or two from Huben Travel. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you and we will be booking again!

Ben was an incredible help organising our family holiday to IKOA Aria. We had a lot of questions, and a lot of back and forth, and he always came back to us very quickly and was always understanding and patient. He remained in touch on holiday to check everything was ok, which we really appreciated and I thought was an excellent touch / service. There were a few teething issues which I briefly mentioned to Ben and he was on it straight away with the hotel and rectified everything! It was incredible and really made my family's holiday. It was our first trip away all together abroad with all the grandchildren and he made sure it was as easy and enjoyable as it possibly could be! Would thoroughly recommend and would use again...

Huben sorted everything out for us. Flights transfers and the hotel. They were really friendly and kept us informed of any changes at all times. I would definitely recommend them and use Huben again

My daughter-in-law Jane booked our travel to Prague through Huben Travel and I must praise them on the choice and location of the hotel. We stayed at the
NH Collection Prague Carlo IV, a fabulous 5* hotel which met all our needs. At breakfast, we were spoilt for choice, the room decor and bedding was lush and the spa wash plush and relaxing. The hotel was everything you need on offer from a 5* hotel. The flights, both ways with Easyjet were delayed, but this is out of the hands of the organisers! Thank you Huben.

Ben was such a huge help with our family holiday to Abu Dhabi. He was always available, got back to me quickly with ideas and suggestions and was very friendly and patient throughout. We had a brilliant holiday and Ben made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, we would definitely recommend.

Where to start! Well, I had a big birthday coming up and wanted to book a river cruise. Having made contact with Huben, Ben, Hugh and Ashlie were on the case! Advice was that for my wish to Cruise the Nile, I had left it too late for the best experience but they wasted no time at all in helping me find an amazing holiday where I could soak up as much history as possible! A wonderful hotel in central Athens was perfect!
The service received from all at Huben and the hotel made it the perfect break.
I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service received. I have already told all my friends and am very happy to give Ben, Hugh and Ashlie a 5 star review here. Bring on the next holiday!

We wanted to go to the Maldives but did not have a clue where to start, we then stubbled across Ben and Huben Travel and what an amazing personal service. Ben recommended the beautiful island of Kuramathi, Ben took care of everything for us and it made the whole process so easy and stress free, Ben came up with lots of great info about the island as he had been there himself and knew all about the different types of accommodation and the food and drink options. Any questions we needed to ask were answered straight away no matter when we asked them, we have never experienced such a level of service like this and now realise how important it is when booking such an important holiday that you need this expertise.
We have now used Ben and Hugh to book a cruise later in the year and this was easier than using the P&O website, 3 cabins next to each other and everything sorted!
We will be going back to Kuramathi for sure and won’t go anywhere else to book it as the whole experience exceeded all our expectations.
I would highly recommend Huben Travel to anyone and have already done so to several friends and colleagues at work.

Huben were great from finding us our dream Lapland experience to helping us with forms, texting us to see we were ok amd when we got back to see how our trip was! This is the 2nd holiday we have booked with Huben and not the last!

Absolutely wonderful service, it’s not just a holiday it’s a lovely experience. What I find great is that a few days before your trip you are contacted with all the information necessary and contacted on your holiday also to check all is okay. Outstanding customer service.

They have fabulous customer service, understood our needs really well and were able to tolerate our many tweaks and questions in the run up to our trip in February 2023. What we really liked is how they checked in regularly in the few days before and during our trip to make sure we had everything sorted. And they were very easy to get in touch with via email or WhatsApp.

Trustworthy, efficient, likeable, helpful - first class service. Not just before you travel but also during, to make sure everything was as expected. And never more than a call away if you needed any help. Highly recommend if you want quality personnel to take away all the stress of finding, booking and arranging all the necessary detail for a great holiday.

Great holiday and excellent service, highly recommend.

Ben at Huben came recommended to us when we were looking for a holiday to Mauritius earlier this year. My boyfriend (now fiancé) liaised with Ben to arrange the proposal of a lifetime. Ben was so discreet (I had no idea!) and after many secret calls, he organised everything to perfection with the hotel. Fantastic service at all times, great value for money and just so easy. We highly recommend Huben!
