We had an engineer look at 3 problem…
We had an engineer look at 3 problem kitchen devices, Cooker, cooker hood & a Hoover washing machine. The engineer informed us that the parts for the cooker & hood would take approx 2-3 weeks to arrive. That was on 12 May 22. Having sent an email asking for info on parts delivery they said they would chase their suppliers ( early July 22) still no response. Not answering phones or emails. All their web sites now defunct. I guess this dreadful company has now gone bust. I would avoid them at all cost! We paid by credit card of £180 & aim to claim it back off our credit card company as Hubys have failed to fulfil their service. Stay well clear of this company.
