The value of quality customer service…

The value of quality customer service can’t be overstated. We live in an ever growing retail experience where human interaction is running scarce. I have so much respect for companies that acknowledge their customer base in a manner that feels, not only professional but, personal. It’s an easy review when it comes to the aesthetic of Huckberry goods, but it’s equally nice to have the same ease when complimenting their customer service. Thank you for being a company that feels this good to purchase from.

Delivery Problem Solved

A problem with delivery and Huckberry step it up big time with my concern right away. Huckberry was concerned and sent out a replacement shipment and will arrive to me very soon. This is how you keep your customer base and keep them coming back to shop with the company. Big time respect for the way everyone at Huckberry helped me and handled this situation.

Great Experience

They care and do the right thing.

The Huckberry staff actually respond--they have zillions of customers so I don't know how they do it, but I felt taken care off and I know if I buy something and it's not right, they answerr honestly. I need not salesma/womanship.

Service and Quality

I've only been shopping from Huckberry for a few months, but can say that both service and quality have been great.

On the quality side - Huckberry aren't exactly bottom of the price tier, but the quality of the items and materials used at least justifies, if not exceeds, the price point. I've read elsewhere that quality has dipped recently, and while that may be disappointing for long time customers, as a new customer, I'm very satisfied.

On the service side, through no fault of Huckberry's, I've had numerous contacts with their support team - largely due to making returns of items where I'd order the wrong size and was trying to get a fast turnaround. The team have been unilaterally helpful - every issue I've had has been resolved with patience and kindness from the team.

I will continue to be a Huckberry customer for life if they keep their standards this high!

Replacement order handled very quickly

I received a t-shirt order with a manufacturing defect, so I emailed pictures of them to Huckberry. I received a response within an hour and a fast reply that a replacement order was on the way already.

Feedback on slightly used and returned boots

I ordered a pair of deck boots I’d been eying ahead of a recent trip. Once they arrived it was clear immediately they had been previously worn and subsequently returned. They even showed up in a Huckberry box rather than the actual brand. I contacted Support to let them know I received what appeared to be lightly used/returned boots and would have expected to see some sort of mention of this ahead of purchasing. That’s it. The support agent responded very quickly, After I provided a few photos showing the worn areas, they issued a full refund unprompted. That’s the sign of a company that stands by what it sells and delivers a top notch customer experience. I reckon I will be referencing this positive experience for quite some time.

Curators of dope things

Besides being curators of the dopest gear they are all rad humans. I have bought plenty of gear over the years but never had to return anything. I had to make a return with unique issues. They were so cool and understanding with my situation and proceeded my return no questions asked. I was already a fan but now I’m a fan and customer for life. Huckberry is customer service brand selling dope sh!t!!

OVER THE TOP

I had an issue with an order recently. I emailed the support team with the issue and a picture. Within a couple of hours they had mailed a new item, told me to keep the one with the issue, and sent me a discount code. All of this is OVER THE TOP generous!

2 Relwen clothing, 1 Barebones order

I ordered 3 items (2 Relwen clothing, 1 Barebones chef knife). The knife was poor quality - unusual for Barebones. The Relwen shirts were fantastic! Huckberry provided a quick return on the knife, no hassle.
