On March 13, 2026 I discovered Huckberry on Facebook. Saw some merchandise that I liked but they did not have my size. Went into Chat and their team quickly responded to my questions. Unbelievable follow through. Glad I found this company. Their service team was great and now that I know they can handle questions I may have for future purchases.

I had bought a knife from Huckberry almost 10 years ago. The knife's hinge screw came off. I contacted Huckberry and Don responded. He contacted the manufacturer to see if he could get me the part. Unfortunately, he was unsuccessful but he refunded the knifes full amount and I bought a replacement from Huckberry. Don was very kind and I never expected that he would refund my money. I am glad I contacted them I appreciate that they stand with their products. I would highly recommend Huckberry to everyone.

Customer service is top notch. They responded promptly and provided a solution quickly without fuss. Had a pair of pants where the pocket was falling apart and they refunded me quickly after sending pictures of the pockets.

There is no doubt there have been days of frustration in the retail world and you are asking yourself and others... "what happened to customer service?" or "What happened to the quality of goods today?". The reason I run with Flint and Tinder is because they hit those marks. The cost is high for me but I try and save because its value I strive for. Value and quality goes ALONG way when investing in yourself and in whatever your needs are. Do it once and move on and you will remember where to go when you need to do it again. So thanx for making a quality product with quality service...

Bought a pair of shoes, loved them but they tore on the second wear. Customer service was awesome, sent a replacement no questions asked. Stuff happens, how a company handles it says a lot. Good stuff, Huckberry!

Holy lord, they actually have a real person answer the email -- and within a couple of hours -- not a couple of days, or weeks, or never. I've emailed a few times over the years and have called as well. I always get a real human who knows the answer to my question. And, if the answer is not what I want, they suggested an alternative outside the company that did solve my problem.

My support experiences with Huckberry are uniformly top-notch; they continually answer questions with speed and accuracy and solve problems with ease…and a smile. Couldn’t ask for more.

I have ordered from Huckberry since Summer '15. (Just pulled up my account to check the date...) In that time, I can only remember a couple of times that something did not fit requiring a return. This occasion, I ordered a blazer that, upon arrival, had some damage in a couple spots; by the wear pattern (deeply creased area at the elbow bend), it looked like someone had purchased it, damaged it, and then sent it back. No fault of Huckberry. Somone had sneaked it back.

I sent an email to customer service outlining the issue. I do not remember any other company responding so quickly and efficiently. Prompt, professional, and gracious...Honestly, it is the kind of thing that makes one a customer for life.

I purchased the boiled wool chore coat. The fit and material are great. It is such a unique jacket. When an issue emerged I worried about how the company would respond. I reached out for customer support. The customer service was efficient and extremely responsive. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations.

I buy a lot of great clothes from here. I just had my first issue with a piece and huckberrys support went way above and beyond to resolve my issue. I’m a customer for life as long as they keep bringing good menswear and provide top notch customer service. Love this company

I ordered a waxed trucker jacket, and I had a button failure within the first week. I was pretty upset. So, I contacted customer service. LET ME TELL YOU!!!
This was the best customer service I have received in a very very long time. they sent me a new replacement jacket and told me to keep, sell or donate my old one.
They now have earned a customer for life.

I had a small discrepency between the fit of two pants of the same style just different colors. It was a minor but admittedly annoying difference that took me a few wears to notice. I reached out after my return window to let them know. Not only did they work patiently with me, they sent me a new pair, let me keep the original ones, AND gave me a discount on my next order. This is what gives companies staying power in 2026. They've earned a very loyal customer.
