We had a very disappointing experience with Huddle. My mother’s car was recently written off, and because her policy was based on market value, the initial payout they offered was far lower than expected—especially considering the car had low kilometres and was in excellent condition.
It was only after she pushed back and requested the matter be escalated to their internal complaints team that they reassessed the claim and offered a more reasonable amount. While the revised offer was better, it shouldn’t have required that level of effort, time and stress to achieve a fair outcome in the first place.
Overall, the process felt frustrating and unfair, and it has left us with little confidence in their claims handling. Based on this experience, we won’t be using Huddle again.

I’d never ever use this company again they left me stranded in the Phillipines until I got a doctors report which isn’t easy to get in a third world country.
They were absolutely useless and I found it easier to pay for my own medical bills and fly home.
Insurance companies are meant to be there to give you peace of mind, this company took my money and gave me a headache in return

Very easy layout and comparison of options. Excellent premium- far better than other more well-known insurance providers. Immediate response and documentation provided straight away.

I rang road assistance for help as i was stranded with the keys locked in the car. I was denied any service and told to catch public transport. Totally rude customer service. After being treated like that i cancelled the policy. What a joke rude rude rude. Would never recommend them to anyone ever again.
