Updated Review: I had a terrible time initially as th money I was owed didn't get paid but Homebox got in touch with me and I got to speak with a person and got all my money back that was supposed to have come over 6 months ago. Would recommend as helps make bill paying easier.

What a joke of an utility company. They should get investigated for fraud. They gaslight you woth their emails, overcharge for bills taht have already been paid. Almost impossible to get your money back.
Aome of these people should go to prison for theft.
How are they still allowed to be a public company is beyond me.
Edit: you have not replied to my emails-you want to appear polite and professional on trust pilot and other platforms but you yet again prove my review is based.

Absolutely DO NOT use huddle for your university bills! I graduated 2 years ago and used them - with the 6 of us there were arrears made and they have only now started to contact me about this! I have stayed In contact to resolve this issue but after asking numerous times over communications within emails to send me various forms etc. BARING IN MIND I WORK A FULL TIME JOB IN A SEN SCHOOL! They have automatically put a claim against me and made up a random made up amount because I DEFINITELY do not owe and have never owed this much they continuously are adding hidden fees and numerous crap so now 7 days before Christmas on a minimum wage job in a special needs school they have gifted me with a CLAIM! After not even speaking to me over the phone! I HIGHLY suggest you avoid them in every single way you can! Absolutely DISGUSTING if you ask me the way they treat customers! Just pure disregard and absolutely ridiculous communication! This will not be the last you hear of me! I will make sure everybody knows what HUDDLE UTILITIES IS REALLY LIKE!

Following previous issues with Huddle (including threatening to take me to court for money that I did not owe) ... I raised a formal complaint.
I received the standard "we'll respond in 5 days mail", but 2 weeks later I have not had a response.
They are too short-staffed to cope with the business that they have, and fail to provide good customer service

Terrible service bad website and poor customer service. Just automated response, threats for none payment despite ignoring contact attempts and very limited customer service that isnt even prioritised to existing customers.
They were incapable of accepting an empty rental house with a smart meter used no energy! Perhaps they should apply common sense not blame the metre which they no isnt faulty and rounding of decimal places! as they already harrassed me over this with there metre team.

Unbelievably poor customer service. You have to wait at least half an hour for someone to answer your call. And when they do they can't help and often just hang up on you when they put you on hold.
They keep threatening me with court action, but I'm literally unable to speak with them to resolve it. Crooks.

Jake was the best customer service advisor from huddle that I’ve spoken to so far. I’ve been having issues with my log in and Jake helped me straight away ensuring I was able to log in rather than sending me a reset link that doesn’t work multiple times. Jake did his best to ensure my problem was resolved within a couple minutes instead of just “raising the problem with the IT team “. Thank you so much Jake for resolving my issue so quick and being so helpful with any other questions I had !

Would rate it lower if I could. Ridiculous bill estimates and unable to answer the phone or provide any evidence whatsoever as to why I should pay this ridiculous bill. Constantly threatening legal action by post yet somehow unable to return an email. Thieves.

My daughter is being being threatened with court action warning for a tenancy that wasn't even in Huddle's name. The parent company TruEnergy switched provider from Unihomes to Huddle without notifying the agent or tenants. No final statements provided from Huddle and Huddle have not responded to any emails yet continue to send threatening letters.

Yet again, Huddle strikes! I have been messed around so much in the last couple of months, it's unreal. Electricity cut off x2, poor broadband provider (interrupted signal etc), no broadband. Their complaints team sucks, no recompense for the £1000 I lost due to their error with contract renewal, I've paid THEM over £1000 in the space of two months because of their mistakes too. I must have mug written all over me. Avoid them at all costs. Only open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, Broadband team don't even pick up and are gone by 3pm. This is an example of a company which has gone downhill fast. Lost all faith in them.
