I came in seeking help for my acne. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very kind staff member, who I initially thought was the doctor because she asked a few questions about why I was there.
During the conversation, another woman suddenly came into the room, went through some drawers, took out a magnifying glass, looked at me for a few seconds, and then said she would prescribe me a cream. She then immediately left the room again.
I was left sitting there completely confused, not knowing whether the consultation was over, who she even was, or what the plan for my treatment was. In the end, I had to find the first staff member myself and ask if I was supposed to leave.
If that woman was the doctor, she spent literally only a few seconds with me. She never properly asked about my skin concerns or what treatments I had already tried. As a result, I was prescribed a cream that I have already used before without any effect.
This now means I have to book another appointment and wait an additional two months to hopefully receive the treatment I actually need.
I definitely will not be returning to this clinic. I left feeling upset and with a clear sense that I was not taken seriously. Extremely disappointing experience.
