I recently visited the Hudson Bay at the fairview mall. WhereI purchased a Guerlain meteorite product along with some other items. before purchasing a full size product I wanted to try some samples. Since I've already purchased over $150 I asked the sales person for some samples of foundation n perfume.
I expressed my concern to her that I've spent significant amount in products only to find that they don't match my skin tone or the perfume don't lastmore than 20 minutes. As a result sampling product before committing to a larger size is crucial for me.
The pea- sized foundation n a little sample perfum that was half used is all I got. I felt so embarrassed even to address this to her.
This is my 2nd bad experience at the Bay in this location. First was the Channel counter.
Extremely disappointed 😞

I arrived at the Hotel about an hour and a half ago , really disappointed from previous experiences, some Con fusion with the booking and we were met with hostility from The reservations manager , spoke with Pauline the general manager who engaged with us , next effort was to get a sandwich after queuing for twenty minutes was told I could only have pre prepared sandwiches despite asking for a hot turkey and stuffing Sandwich , in opinion this hotel is poorly run and not customer friendly we wont be back and I'm sorry to say we are here til tues, dont book here , not a pleasant experience

Pretty crappy of Hudson Bay to cancel my credit card without notifying me.The reason being I was told by a customer service representative is because it has been inactive since February 2021. So, because I have not purchased anything since then they decide to close my account without notifying me. What is wrong with this picture ??? last time I shop there.Way to go Hudson Bay, great way to lose customers. I have never heard of such ridiculousness.
