Product is TRASH. Classic cheap China. After 6 emails asking to return I was give instructions to return which cost me $35. Once it got to China I tried to follow up on my refund but the email address is now undeliverable. What a POS
It is a company from China. It sent me jacket that had an unusual smell. I wanted to to return but it's too hard and too costly to send back. Plus my email to the company kept getting undelivered. I would never buy anything from tgis company or any company from China.
I ordered boots from this company not realizing it was in china. The boots are thin, cheaply made and fit is off. I have requested a full refund as they say is available but they keep trying to give me 10% off. DO Not ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND STUCK WITH BAD QUALITY ITEMS.
ordered pair of jeans. They sent the wrong ones. I have explained to them I will not wear them do not like them. I asked for paid shipping return label they are refusing. They offered a laughing 10% refund and I can keep them. Then a 25% refund or another item and keep the jeans. I understand their return policy but THEY sent me the wrong item and they need to send paid shipping return label. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
