The purchase and delivery were rather quick. The fabric feels nice on the skin, however, I was expecting it to be less tight. I wake up with some marks on my face, but it's way better then other masks I've used before.
The one negative comment I have is about the box the mask comes in, it feels wasteful.
By far the worst experience with an online store!
First i ordered a 7kg weighted blanket - apparently after a week of waiting that was not in stock and nobody contacted me about that. I had to reach out myself to ask if its been sent out because it should have been a Christmas present etc.
Then i got offered 2 blankets if i wait until January which I refused because i needed one before Christmas. So we agreed that i will be sent a 9kg one instead ONLY IF it will arrive before Christmas. IF NOT i want to cancel my order and get a refund- and since then nobody is answering me back!
Instead they sent out a 7kg blanket end of January. Then I asked for a return slip since its not fair that i need to pay for them mistake - but still nobody is answering to any of my emails.
I also involved KLARNA in February who tried to reach out to them but once again nobody cant get in contact with the hugged company!
So do not order from there!

By ordering on 10th of Dec, I was meant to receive the order in week 1 of Jan. However, it arrived in week 4. Contacting the customer support, to return the unopened goods, they were irritated by asking for free return, mentioning I am not eligible, though it got delivered outside of the turns of purchase. Q

As mentioned in the e-mail conversation you've ordered a product that was out of stock and it would get restocked and shipped on the promised date. We offer free shipping, but not free return what you also accepted in our terms and conditions when placing the order :-)
