It is regrettable that the handle is faded and that this was not noticed during the packing process. Unfortunately, we also did not notice any scratches on the sides. I can only offer my sincerest apologies, but since you have chosen to keep the item, there is unfortunately nothing further I can do in this case. I do hope that we will catch such issues before shipping our products in the future.

I am so sorry that the suitcase apparently has a defect on it. But because of your holiday, I thought the we had an agreement that you would contact us when you got back? I also told you that you can go to any American Tourister dealer in the world and ask them for help. Thats why they have a worldwide warranty.
But please contact us when you get back, so we can take care of the problem.
