I ordered a product for 84.95 eur, returned it to China and it came back
I ordered a product for 84.95 eur; I received a product of an inferior quality, decided to return it and indicated that within the legal period I had for it as a customer. I asked for the return information, then I was offered a discount from your side to convince me to keep the product anyway; I decided to not accept it because the discount didn't justify the low quality of the product; I have sent the package to the Chinese address provided through Post NL service for 23.50 eur - that covered all the costs required to deliver the package to the address provided including package insurance and the package clearly stated it is a return;
After multiple months the package arrived at the sorting centre for the address I was given and the supplier refused to accept the package for unknown reason. After a total of six months the package arrived back to my address, leaving me with a worthless overpriced product and expensive postage that I will apparently never get paid back. It seems that the original e-shop website is down now. This was in their last message to me - "Since you have returned the order, you should have received information from the shipping company you used about any customs charges. Please note that we have no influence on this. We have not received the return and therefore cannot process a refund at this time." Absolute nonsense. All important info about the shop can be found on the webshopchecker site. Too bad I didn't see that in time.
