Good customer service, manufacturing/quality control issues
*Edited and upgraded to 3 stars due to customer service response after my original review. While I stand by the below warning about the chair quality control issues, customer service has been very accommodating and has reimbursed my handyman costs now. They seem to be actively working to resolve the issues and certainly wanted to be sure I was happy as their customer and it was much appreciated.
The chairs were impossibly difficult to put together because of manufacturing issues. We had to hire 2 handymen who gave up because of the poor alignment and poor construction of the chairs. Hulala sent us 2 replacements, 1 of which we could put together, but the other one had a faulty bolt/receptor issue and we couldn’t ever put that one together. Out of 8 total chairs they sent, 6 could be put together, but those 6 took weeks- yes weeks to put together. Hulala asked me to hire a professional to “prove” that there was something wrong with the chairs and so I did x2. I spend my own money to hire folks and after all was said and done, Hulala did reimburse me $200. I don’t think that was nearly enough considering the struggle, time and and energy (and money!) we spent on these. The customer service was nice to deal with as well as responsive.

Haidee Mid Century 3 Drawer Dresser
I have bought two pieces. The first was a sit/stand desk with the 360 revolving side piece and love it. It beautiful and well made. I loved it so much I decided to buy another piece from HULALA. This one is not so great. It’s Haidee 3 drawer dresser. There are what looks like ink stains on the front top drawer and it also has 2 places the wood has been damaged. It is a lot to take apart and send back which is annoying and it is a very heavy piece. I think it is beautiful, but it has noticeable blemishes that are not a characteristic of the wood. Looks like an ink pen exploded on one of the drawers

Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer service experience. The standing desk was not working (moving up and down) and the furniture was damaged. After 1 week of corresponding with your customer service team, their hasn’t been solution to get the desk to work. I would never buy from this company and I would not recommend, due to lack of customer service !

Chair is comfy
Chair is comfy. It deff need back support so it is good that is comes with that extra pillow. Adjustable arms are not that great you must bend them all the way and then up, witch took me a minute to understand. Also one of the foam inserts was squished from shipping for the left arm. I wish it would still rock while the foot rest is out or at least that the back adjustment be seprate functions.

Disappointing experience
Update #2: Changing my rating again because now that I heard from the carrier it appears the company gave me incorrect information which is disappointing. I can't even rate the actual product yet because I have still yet to receive it!
Update #1 : I am revising my initial review since I have more information due to the customer service response. The issue is the carrier not updating the status, my items actually did ship. Although, I didn’t get an update until after I posted this review, I am glad to see they DO actually respond to customer inquiries. I was initially very impressed because I received notification that my items shipped the day after ordering. Well, it’s been 2 weeks and one tracking number finally has an update but the other still doesn’t show any updates for the status of that shipment. I also keep getting emails stating my payment couldn’t be processed as if I am trying to place another order. I reached out to customer service and still waiting for a response.

The style and selections were modern and trendy. It was a matter of selecting what fit the lifestyle, need, and vibe of the room. I received my desk within 10 days and once unpacked and put together, I absolutely LOVE it!! The quality and look are very nice. I must admit that I was a bit hesitant due to the price point. I wasn't overly impressed by the delivery driver bouncing the box off my concrete porch looking at the Ring camera video. I do need to follow up regarding a blemish on the front of the desk but just got it out of the box and assembled on Saturday so it's on my list of To Do's tomorrow.
