Pre-ordered 4 items through them. Only 3 arrived (all had the same release date) when I contacted them about this they said there was a small delay and I would receve it by the end of the month, got to the next month and still no item. I contacted them again and was told there was a problem with suplier and would get by end of the month. After the end of the 2nd month I contacted them asking if they had receved the item from there supliers yet because it had been on shelves for over 2 months and was now selling out on most shops (HMV, Amazon, Magic Madhouse e.c.t) and if they couldnt get the item tell me so I could get the item elswhere while there was still stocks left. I was told once again they was having problems with there suplier, the suplier did have the stock and they was just waiting on there suplier to send it, and that I should receive my item soon. Over 4 months after release date (half a year from when I placed my order) my item has been sold out on all normal and trusted websites (and shops) and is now being re-sold at a higher prices, im contacted and told "judging by the amount of times this order has been chaised it is extreamly important to you." "it looks like we just can't fullfill this order quick enough for you. As such we will be cancelling your order and processing a full refund for you to source the order elsewhere." Dont sell items or stock you dont have, if they had just admitted erlyer on they had over subscribed or made a mistake in orders I could have gone elsewhere or somewhere more reptinble. I thought to give them a try because a friend said they got stuff from Hull pops before and I like giving smaller busnesses a chance, next time im just going to stick with hmv, MM or amazon

Ordered a few times from Hull Pops now over the past 18 months or so & the service has always been top quality.

Especially on the most recent order which has prompted me to finally leave a review. Sent me some hard to find exclusives including a big 6+ inch pop at a fantastic price (cheaper than their original exclusive locations) & most importantly in perfect condition thanks to the extra care they'd taken securing everything together in the very thick outer box.

Hull Pops are brilliant. This was my first time ordering from them and my experience was as fantastic. I ordered my Girlfriend the Dolly Parton funko for valentines day so I wanted to make sure it arrived perfect for her to collect. The funko pop was delivered quickly and well protected from Hull Pops. Highly recommend these guys if you collect pops.

After months of purchasing, I can finally say that Hull Pops is definitely the best Funko Pop store that you will find in this area. There is a wide variety of Pops from different franchises, the exclusives are really worth their pricing. All special edition funkos come with a case included (normally cases cost an extra £15 from outside retailers) and the customer service is excellent.
Larger stores like HMV and Smiths are either over priced or lack the nice feel of Hull Pops which is what really makes Hull Pops stand out with its large variety of Funkos for a small store.

Pops arrived within 2 days of ordering and I received quite a few emails updating me on my order.
Packaging was fantastic, with loads of bubble wrap and pops even have protectors.

Bought 3 Patrick Bateman pops in the hope of getting the chase and was lucky enough to grab one.

All in all a fantastic experience, would highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again
