Ved køb hos Humac har du som privatkunde 100 dage til at returnere varen og enten bytte til anden vare eller få pengene retur, hvis produktet returneres i original emballage med ubrudt plombering, og original faktura skal medfølge.
Der gælder dog nogle undtagelser for de 100 dages bytte- og returret:
Hvis produktet er solgt med abonnement, med forsikring, som specialbygget maskine (CTO), eller der er tale om digitalt plomberet indhold, som kunden selv downloader eller får tilsendt via elektronisk post (f.eks. licenser til software), bortfalder returretten.
Der er ikke bytte- og returret, hvis produktet er solgt med delbetalinger/låneaftale.

Really pushy with the deals with…
Really pushy with the deals with switching phone/electric/Internet subscriptions in order to get a discount on purchase.
Sales reps probably get bonuses for each sign over, and its painfully obvious.
Tone it down PLEASE.
Its ok to offer, but no need to push it so much

Exchanging product with no problem
I made a quick purchase in Humac for Apple home pod mini, and by mistake I took the wrong colour. The staff at Humac was extremely helpful with exchanging the colours. The shopping experience was overal really good.

Disappointing Service Experience at Humac Nørreport
I recently encountered significant issues with my Apple computer, including abrupt shutdowns at 30% battery and erratic graphic displays. Expecting a resolution, I contacted Apple Care, who assured me that all problems, software included, would be addressed.
Contrary to this assurance, my experience at Humac Nørreport was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite clear evidence of malfunctions, they insisted on payment for any potential services, which starkly contrasts the promises made by Apple Care.
The situation was made more frustrating by the acknowledgment from the store’s staff that they were unable to assist under these circumstances, with a suggestion to share my experience publicly. This review serves as a warning to potential customers about the clear gap between service expectations set by Apple and the actual service execution at Humac Nørreport.
It is alarming and unacceptable that a customer seeking help as per the company’s guidelines is met with such challenges.
