Bad customer service
The delivery took more than 3 weeks. I didn’t get a reimbursement when I asked for it and as a last surprise I had to pay the cost of the delivery+taxes obce it arrived.

Hey Susan, sorry to hear that your experience wasn't on par. We only refund orders that get missing or returned to our warehouse. I can see that you eventually did receive your package, but that delivery took longer because customs wanted an invoice to be able to collect import tax. Unfortunately, this happens sometimes (specifically with orders to Norway) and whenever customs does this, it delays the shipping process. Happy to see that you eventually received your order though!

Everything was fine. The product arrived as stipulated. I had a problem with the scale, and they responded fast and sent a new one. Good experience.

Let say like this.
First I give them 1* because I was waiting package for two weeks and also they didn't send me tracking number.
But now I'm changing to 5* because they try to find what is wrong with my shipment.
Today I got the package and everything is fine and as I order.
For that I'm changing my rate to 5* and now just waiting to see is some improvement with this mushrooms.

Terrible company , stay away
I ordered on the 05/07/2023 , to this day I have not received my order. Customer are terrible , did not help in the slighted , my order number is: HP23-7129-URc9N. I have been told to wait 5 days and when text to ask for an update , no reply back. I will never recommend this company to anyone as it’s a disgrace, almost a month and I have not received it! Last place it has been tracked to is Italy, so I presume someone in Italy has gotten an order free. I’ll make sure to continue to give this company bad reviews until I get a refund or my order.
Absolute joke of a company.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet, normally delivery doesn't take much more that a few workdays within EU - but packages do get lost unfortunately from time to time.
