Now that I seen people reviews, I wish I never ordered now so I’m guessing I won’t get my sneakers before 21 July. I don’t understand what’s taking so long and I should’ve known something when they don’t have a phone number for you to call them is always the ones that say emailed them if you have any questions or concerns, never get in touch with them. Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible, I ordered a hat & it doesn’t look like the picture. That hat as a printed image of a hat. Looks very cheap definitely not worth what I paid for! Definitely won’t buy be buying from the company again.

Poor quality
Shipping was very slow with little to no updates about the status. The hat felt very poorly made and has no air holes on the top which makes it hot when wearing. Arrived late as it was to be a father's day present.

Father’s Day Gifts that never arrived
I ordered 2 hats for Father’s Day on June 6 and a t-shirt. It took over 2 weeks for my t-shirt to come in and as of July 1st still have not received the 2 hats that I ordered for Father’s Day gifts. When I try tracking my package it says no information found.

My daughter ordered a mother's day sweatshirt that came too small in wrong size. Hugcustom made this right by remaking and sending the correct size. The quality and workmanship on embroidery is fantastic! Colors are true and quality is great. I would only suggest sizing up if you want it to be roomy. Other than this they have outstanding customer service. It takes awhile because it is coming from across an ocean but wait is worth it, and you will always get a response from Hugcustom.

I received my hat and it was a crumpled up mess. I thought ok I can overcome this, so when I opened it up it had someone else’s name on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! You would think that a $40 hat would be what you ordered, higher quality, and not wadded up in a bag

Wrong product sent, refund extremely slow
Wrong hat arrived which I saw other reviews mention but took a chance and ended up with what I didn’t order, I should have listened to the other experiences. The refund process has been extremely slow. I have been trying to get my money back for almost 2 weeks. Very frustrating and disappointing. Would never shop here again.
