Showed an image of a full fern plant on their website. They sent six scraggily branches. These guys need to be shut down! TOTAL SCAM! Tried several times to get a refund with no success. They want to give a refund of 10% after going round and round with them about misrepresenting the product on their website.

Ordered a seasonal item a month before the Holiday. Their Ad said 3-4 days delivery and sent me a bogus tracking number. Wrote to their Customer Support email. All I received were BOT boiler plate responses that never answered my question as to where is my product! Terrible Customer Support.

Pay attention to all the other reviews. This company is scamming you by showing multiple pictures of items that you will NOT receive. Communicating with them is nearly impossible, they lie about where the items are made and where they are shipping from. I also fell for it and bought two GIGANTIC ferns based on the VIDEO in the ad but what showed up is so laughable that I don't mind being embarrassed I purchased them.

Same as the others, lots of tracking emails with different countries and tons of red flags. I would dispute the charge with your bank if I were you. These are dollar store branches, if that.

Why, oh why don't I look up the reviews first? Because I'm a dum dum! I ordered the fake fern bundles (4 of them, one for each pot on my patio)... what a joke! 4 little scraggly branches came, they're hideous and NOTHING like the video shows. We'll see if I get a refund. I'm reporting to the BBB and my bank!

I’m almost embarrassed to admit that I was scammed by this company (Humanitariy) but I was. I ordered the beautiful artificial ferns that they advertised and I couldn’t wait to hang them on my front porch. I was under the impression that they would be shipped from somewhere in the US, but then I started receiving tracking emails from them that my ferns would be coming from Italy and Germany. I finally received them from the USPS today, and what a disappointment!!! I don’t even know if I’ll ever get a refund!!!

SSCCCAAAMMMMMM !! Don't do it. And they hide their name....in ads, in payments AND in shipping. Look closely at any fishing ad and AVOID this one

Please do NOT order from this company! You will regret it. The advertisement for the fake ferns being so full and beautiful is a JOKE. Then….. to get a refund is nearly impossible. I know this is my mistake from ordering in the first place but I want my money back.

I ordered the ferns on March 13th under false pretense that their store was in the US. The ad indicated that the ferns would be shipped from a local warehouse and I would receive them within 2-3 business days. I received a tracking number that indicated it is coming from Italy!!! I still don't have them and no telling what they will look like when I do get them.

I placed an order on 2/9/2025. As of 4/1/2025 I still have not received my order. I have emailed numerous times regarding the status of my order but have not received any response. This company is a SCAM - BUYER BEWARE!

Scam company. Wouldn’t refund for a defective item because they sent “the right item so we can’t do refund OR exchange” I asked for exchange and they said no because “the shipping cost back would be too much for you”. Stay away from them!
If I could give zero stars that would be my preference. TOTAL SCAM
