Very helpful would recommend rob from hull good customer service and cheap compared to everywhere else

My mam wanted an upgrade from her current scooter and went here, the helpfulness and information in the shop was fantastic, really put her at ease and very knowledgeable, she purchased a used scooter which was nearly new and have to say all the staff from the shop to the delivery which was within 2 days was fantastic, could not fault anything. The delivery driver was very nice indeed, very polite and professional and a great manner about him. I would highly recommend your services.

Bought used mobility scooter from these people on June 3rd. Salesman very keen and helpful (though, and perhaps this should have been a red light, happier dealing on the telephone than by e-mail). After a few days it became apparent that the power supply to/from batteries was dysfunctional. They advised using a different charger. This resulted in me just about arriving home after a journey of 3 miles there and back with the machine stalling every five yards amidst the traffic. Not pleasant, not safe. After i complained, they offered a repair, which i accepted, bur after more delays, during which i have been largely housebound, i have informed them that i want a refund. This was a lot of money for a crippled pensioner to lose and they are suddenly VERY reluctant to have any communication at all. Fish in a barrel, us crips.
