Excellent from start to finish
Very efficient from initial contact for a quote right through to work being completed. All staff we have dealt with have been a pleasure to deal with. Fitters were very polite, clean, tidy and thorough. Cannot fault anything and have recommended HG to friends. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arose. We are sorry to hear you felt that our pricing was expensive to attend site and install a new replacement Double Glazed Unit to your Lounge. All our customers are provided with a free no obligation site visit and follow up quotation prior to proceeding with the works and the cost for supply and fitting is outlined within this quotation.
Unfortunately, over the past three years we have seen relentless increases in glass production prices. The demand for available glass in the UK continues to outstrip supply and the input costs to produce glass continue to escalate. Of particular significance to our industry is the costs of the natural gases used to heat the furnaces and fuel transportation costs combined with sodium carbonate increases. Whilst as a business we have done all we can to absorb a significant proportion of these costs within our own margins unfortunately we are unable to sustain the pricing we were able to offer our customers three years ago and as such the price of a Double-Glazed Unit supplied and fitted has increased.

Fitter came at wrong time
Fitter came at wrong time, and left dirt on the inside window from. Told after lunch but came at 11.30. Very lucky we where at the property. But otherwise no issues.
