It is simple to use, however making me constantly sign in and update my password, etc is a tad ridiculous.

I was using another online fax service and in a span of a year, my folder for them disappeared, I had to go online and save the sign-in, my email notifications disappeared and even with a couple emails never got an answer, and the final straw was the online web page was updated and I couldn't use my sign-in to get into the site to use it. Plus, I was tired of the ads that were faxed to me.

I wanted to thank you for a great service. I was with a company for years but they went out of business and searching for a new one has been difficult especially with my usage. I tend to only fax a good amount a few times a year and no service has offered what you do - use as much as needed when needed. The ease of use of using your service is a relief -- the way it supposed to be. I truly love your service. Thank you for being such a wonderful company and service. If this type of service continues I will be a customer for years to come. Thank you so much. You are truly a sigh of relief from other fax services.

Super easy to use and very cost effective

You should add a Humble Fax app for iOS & Android systems.

I own a company in Texas. I am feel confident handle Humble Transmission system because it provides real fax numbers.

When I use Humble Fax for the browser via my iPhone, I find it a little difficult to scroll down the page, but the browser is sober and does not delete data while updating the page, and this is an excellent feature.

This is a very easy service to use. The notifications when you receive a fax are perfect so you don't have to sit there and click refresh. I find the website easy to manage and overall this is a good value for the service.
